Good clothes good company etc

I Bought two pair of jeans and it was still not updated or shipped within 2-8 business days. So, I had to speak with a representative and yet she had mentioned it’ll be shipping by today or tomorrow (as the order is being processed). Yet, still not shipped nor a response back from customer service or an email.

Order #KC44290 IS still unfulfilled I am waiting and paid 2 weeks ago

Shipment was quick, which was great. However the fit of the shirt was way off and gives a shoulder pad like appearance and the shorts were subpar considering they cost like 80 dollars

Accidentally came across Kollar in 2019 on Instagram when I was in the market for skinny jeans. I was just about to give up because no matter what brand or size of skinny jeans I tried, nothing would fit well. Decided to risk it one last time and try out Kollar and it was the best decision. Fast forward to now and I only have Kollar jeans in my closet and that number is climbing with every drop they do. I'm 6'5 so a lot of skinny jeans would be too short or look like tights on me but Kollars fit perfect. Not to mention the comfort and stretch so I can wear them for a full day and not feel like I am restricted.
In addition to jeans, the graphic tees are a must. It's another clothing item that I spent a long time looking for till Kollar dropped their collection. Perfect blend of heaviness and softness and vintage detailing and graphics are always on point.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Kollar brand. The customer service is always ready to help and offer good advice and help. Jimmy was amazing in helping me out recently with a pair of jeans that got had a defect and swiftly provided a replacement pair without any issues as they stood behind the quality of their items.

Shipping and service is always fast. Clothes have a great quality and I've never have issues with the fit.

Product was great as always but what stood out to me was the customer service, went above and beyond to help me out and for that I am extremely satisfied.
