Well constructionand the red lights is strong! But you want the truth it doesnt do nothing after 2 months every day use nothing I dont feel any improvement soo save your money!

I use it morning and night. I find it is helping my fingers . The swelling of the baby finger one hand is going down and the other hand the middle finger is staring to straighten out.

I have carpal tunnel for many years

I have carpal tunnel for many years. I have had cortisone injections which work temporary. I was due for surgery. I bought 1 wrap and after a few months I bought another for my left hand. This is so great. I cancel my operation.

I purchased the TheraWrap for my mom


I just wanted to provide an update regarding my recent claim.

I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Sthef, the Store Manager. He was very helpful, responsive, and professional. He took the time to carefully review my claim, followed up with clear communication, and made sure everything was handled properly without any hassle. The replacement process was smooth and efficient. It’s rare to experience such good service these days, and having the store manager personally involved in the situation made a real difference. I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail he showed throughout.

I purchased the TheraWrap for my mom, and I have to say—the product itself works very well and has been a great help for her.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service, specifically regarding the warranty, has been frustrating. The item was received on January 2 and stopped turning on around March 30. I contacted customer service right away and explained the situation multiple times. However, I was eventually told that the warranty had expired as of March 31.
Based on the timeline, January 2 to March 31 is only 89 days, which means the product should still have been within the 90-day warranty period when I first reached out.
What’s more disappointing is that I’ve requested twice to have someone from management contact me and provided my phone number, but those requests have gone unanswered. I’m not even asking for a return—I simply want the warranty service that should still apply.
Great product, but the warranty support experience has been very disappointing.

General injury use.


On the last day of August 2024 I was attacked by a dog and sustained
significant lacerations to my right wrist and left hand. I spent 3 days
in hospital where the wounds were thoroughly cleansed, A muscle in my
right wrist was stitched and a tendon sheath was repaired. The wrist was
immobilised for some weeks. Following this I had quite a lot of
physiotherapy with the aim of restoring full movement to the right wrist
and the index finger of the left hand.

Throughout 2025 I continued with the various exercises but needed
analgesics to keep the pain tolerable and still needed assistance for
some mundane tasks such as shirt buttons and shoe lace fastening .

In late December 2025 i saw the TheraWrap advertisement and although it suggested
red light device was for help with Carpal Tunnel syndrome, as a
last resort, I purchased one to see if it had any effect. I used your
'Therawrap' two or three times a day first at the lowest level and then
at the second intensity.

Whilst not absolutely 100% my wrist has shown steady improvement to the
point that recently I occasionally forget to use it as I now only get
the odd 'Twinge' with more extreme movements. I am able to undo bottles
and attend to preparing vegetables and cooking food etc. I have not needed to resort to analgesics for some considerable time, I just reach for my TheraWrap.
On a purely practical note the internal battery lasts for many 'treatments' following a recharge. Recharging is afforded by a standard type C USB route with the mains supply unit and cable being provided with the device.
My only criticism is the "user manual" which is totally inadequate. Common sense prevails in the TheraWrap use.

If I could give it a zero....

If I could give it a zero, I would. After jumping through hoops, they wanted videos and pictures etc.. etc... I returned my product, the beginning of March 2026, because it did not work to my satisfaction. I STILL have NOT received a refund. Run don't walk from this company. * they say they sent a refund... that is NOT TRUE. I had to contact my credit card company and THEY reimbursed my card.
