The bag very poor quality
The bag very poor quality. The material is so thick and crunchy opening and closing the bag made results in noisy. Very pricey.

Dear Neela
Thanks for your feedback!
As per our correspondence, I am pleased to have been able to resolve your issue.
As you've now experienced, we take feedback very seriously and it’s my duty to ensure you’re a happy customer, which is why I responded on the same day with rectification options.
I appreciate the situation was not ideal, but discussed it’s the first time we’ve experienced this and have taken measures in house to ensure this doesn’t happen going forward. An additional layer of checking has been introduced within our process to avoid this in the future.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible as we know how important it is for our customers!
We look forward to your next order with us!

Dear Customer
Thank you for your feedback.
Upon reviewing your order, we clarified our no quibble easy returns policy (which is also stated on our website) and confirmed that you could return your item and we could reimburse your postage on this occasion given your dissatisfaction, which we don't normally provide.
The alternative option we discussed was that you were considering altering the product at the local tailor. Naturally, if the product has been altered then we can not accept returns as it become unsaleable. But suggested, if you would like to keep the product and have it altered, we would give you a £5 discount off the cost of the product which you could use towards alteration costs.
In both instances, we were accommodating and provided you with suitable options. We value our customers and take feedback very seriously to look at how we can make our processes better.
Many thanks for your valued feedback,
Krishna Sarees
