It was really good training. Lots of stuff to take away and use practically.

The trainer (Mel) was great, and the team really appreciated the thought-provoking approaches. Most of my team members came back with a positive view on what they can improve and work on. We would be excited to work with KLS in the future when the need arises. The whole booking process from start to finish was easy and had no complications - thank you Susie and Trudy!

Amazing training - perfect mix of individual and group work. We had opportunities to explore core topics that are pivotal to line management and leadership. We cant speak highly enough of the trainer Iain, he has an ability to engage everyone in the room without applying pressure.
KSL are very accommodating and talked us through a series of potential training modules to ensure we acquired the correct one.
