I have just completed the fist aid at work course. A very professional informative course.
The instructor, Mac, is amazing and very patient with the trainees.

Excellent cover of different situations which may occur.Instructions were clear and very carefully explained with opportunities to ask any questions. The whole experience gave me greater confidence in my ability as a First Aider. Mac is a superb teacher!

Excellent course - covering a wide range of scenarios that a First Aider might be confronted with. Interesting to note the changes in advice and procedures - phoning for assistance from the emergency services has been moved up the priority list. Thoroughly recommended.
Fantastic trainer! Mac was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly throughout our 3-day FAW course. All equipment was provided and the training was really well organised
I really enjoyed the First Aid Course in Crail. It was so informative with plenty of hands-on training which is much more effective than just watching a demonstration. It was well planned, we were given time to ask questions and had some light hearted moments, which is so important in teaching a skill.
My only comment is that it was a bit rushed towards the end. The main point is that it certainly gave me much more confidence in attempting to administer First Aid and to try and save a life.

I was impressed by the wealth of well delivered information. This guy knows his stuff! It was a long day and he kept us all focused and keen throughout. There was a lot to learn, and he kept making sure that we had an ok grasp of the important points. I'm glad I went!

Enjoyable first aid course for our group of 12.
Mac is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
Learned so much from his course and so have been doing first aid training for years.
Happy to recommend and we will definitely use him again.

My day with Mac was informative and enjoyable. We had ample opportunity to practice what we were learning and the feedback Mac provided was invaluable. I know it will help us when we are coping with real life situations. I highly recommend Mac as a First Aid Instructor

I completed an at home first aid course for the workplace with Mac. He was a great teacher, brought all the correct equipment and more. Highly recommend !

Really excellent course. Mac is knowledgeable and patient. Well organised and excellent balance of theory and practical with brilliant teaching aids and a couple of twists thrown as well. Would now have the confidence to help in an emergency.
I just completed my private first aid course with Mac. At home. He brought all the necessary equipment and took all the time I needed. Answered every question with admirable patience and knowledge. I enjoyed the informal setting and would recommend him to anyone who wants to have more confidence in giving first aid at home

I've just completed a 3 day FA@W course delivered by Mac and I can honestly say, it was one of the most comprehensive First Aid courses I've done. I now know, previous courses weren't so good.
Mac's instruction was clear and backed up with real life experience, good equipment and IT.
I now feel more confident about my First Aid role within my company, thanks to Mac4aid. 👍

A very professional relaxed informative course. Delivered by a very knowledgable instructor who thinks outside the norm to bring real life scenarios into the teaching to great effect. Learnt a lot on this course and would recommend this company to any one looking for FAAW training. Thank you.
