Loved the service Burst provides. Jordan helped secure a better price per message by giving plenty of options that would suit how we use Burst.

Highly recommend this SMS service and have never had a problem with undelivered messages. Which is so important for the way our business runs!!

Sales people lie to you, they offer you an opening credit of 3.9c per sms, then sneakily add a credit card fee $9.50 and a add gst on top! making them 4.29c each. DONT USE THEM! They then delete your account when you request a refund, I lost $500!!!!!! They also never respond to you again.

Very helpful in assisting me to integrate my company's product with Burst for a client of ours (and soon to be client of Burst). Burst loaned me a virtual number and gave me credit to carry out integration and testing. All too easy.

Relatively simple to understand and set up, great support via chat and email. Worked very well for us on the day.

Solved my issue of invoking an SMS through Java with speed and professionalism. Much appreciated.

No Reporting Integrity at all. The reporting is error-riddled and very limited. The list of numbers in the 'Bounced' category are also appearing in the 'Link Hits' category. Which is impossible. Once the integrity of the reporting is compromised you can no longer rely on any of the data. Only a 61% delivery rate recorded if that number is even accurate at all. Who knows? They definitely don't. Only use SMS Burst for mass marketing and only when you don't really care about tracking the result. Very disappointing and hunting for a new provider after my first message. Plus, the reporting can't show which numbers DID NOT hit the link, you have to work that out for yourself with vlookups in excel. If you actually care about everyone receiving your message, don't use these guys. They don't know if the message was received and cant tell you who didn't hit the link. Mass Market only with little care for actual results.
