I ordered the super pigmented eye shadow and it's a terrible product. Video shows woman putting it on with her fingers and if you do that, the sparkly shadow gets all over your fingers and it's almost impossible to wash off, even repeatedly with soap. Plus, it leaks sticky sparkles and gets all around your eyes, irritating mine. I had to use makeup remover three times to get rid of the sparkles that were sticking to my skin. I don't know how anyone could use this! Plus it settles unevenly, looking bright in some areas and non-existent in others.

In order to return it, they were demanding that I open an account and set up a password and I just got sick of the whole thing and gave up. As I see here, I wouldn't have gotten much anyway. Out $40. Don't fall for their Insta videos.

I purchased a $24 matte blur lip “stain” and it’s absolutely far from a stain. This product wipes away so easily and isn't staining at all, it’s a simple tinted lip cream being falsely marketed as a stain. I ordered this online, my total was $31 and when I went to request a refund and to send this back, the brand told me to keep the item and refunded me $16. My total was $31 after shipping. I just wanted my $24 back but am being told due to “fees” my refund can only be $16. So now i’m out $14 because of this “brand”.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND IT IS A SCAM!!

BAD COMPANY. dont have a legit phone number and charged me for recurring charge without my consent. cannot find a way to cancel this "subscription" that i didnt really sign up for !

This company has horrible customer service. It’s all automated and they lie about their products. I can’t even get a full refund. Ridiculous scam. Don’t buy the lip stain, chapstick from Walgreens works better than this stuff.

Terrible customer service. There was an issue with my order and it’s been 9 days, ZERO response.

Product is ok, but not good enough to not respond to customers. Expensive for what you get and it’s nothing special. This was my first time purchasing their products and the last.

awful customer service. Ordered a pre order product they never sent me an email that it shipped; said it could not be delivered when that has never happened before. They will not give me a refund and said they can ship a replacement but are not responsible if it doesn’t get delivered. it has been months and the back and forth communication is awful and u professional. Mind you this makeup is like a 90% or higher markup on price. Crazy

Still haven’t received my order after a month from order date and no help from company to replace or assist. Just refer to a tracking number that hasn’t updated since 4/12.
