Sir your classes were very much useful where every common man an easily understandable I can say. Because , the way you explain the classes practically is upto the extreme level. I request the people to please join the yoga classes of our Sir to maintain better and good health. The main thing which I can say is , according to my knowledge our Sir is one of the best yoga trainer where we get the right path and way to learn yoga with perfection. So team , I request you people to spread our SIr's yoga classes in the society.

I believe a Happy soul, fresh mind and a healthy body all can be achieved through Yoga. I can find out a lots of difference in my life, thinking after introducing yoga to my life.I was practicing yoga under Kushal yoga which was the best option, within a week I can see a change and peacefulness, the interesting thing here was the spirituality and our ancient yoga practice.

Mr.Kushul is an amazing yoga instructor
He teaches everything from basic to advanced level exercises. I was really happy for my transformations physically and mentally. Specifically female stuff are well addressed and I personally recommended and would recommend many of my friends to get guidance from him

I have started yoga couple of years back under guidance of Kushal sir. Learnt a lot from his classes. He mixes up exercises with blend of pranayama which makes the class interesting. Your body will feel active for longer hours after the exercise.Kushal ensures every student pushes and extra mile every class.I'm glad that we got a great guru who teaches as per student requirement and problems. I would recommend his classes for everyone irrespective of your age and problems. Thank you Kushal for being our mentor !!

This was a good experience for me. I had a chance to learn new things which are helpful for my health, and made my mind peaceful during the session. Kushal sir helped us, starters, a lot. He teached us how to do exercise and pranayamam step to step so beginners could do well. He was helping beginners to get used to these exercises and pranayamam.

Very fortunate to get to know Meher Kushal Master through HSBC. His approach towards Yoga and the sequence flow he follows is the best I have experienced so far. I had a very bad neck issue for almost 6 months, when nothing else worked I reached out to Kushal for one month personal training,it was really a game changer session for me. Always inspired by his passion and commitment towards Yoga. Looking forward to see him reach miles in this career.

Yoga, for me, is both spiritual and physical. Initially, I was skeptical about myself, achieving both through Yoga. Meher listened to my issues and designed the sessions, which covered all my requirements. He walks you through the whole practice and explains the benefits of each asana and kriya. After five months of training, I can say Yoga improved my concentration and flexibility. It also reduced my stress levels to a large extent. I feel very calm and peaceful the moment we start the session. Overall it was a great experience!

Fantastic Training By Mehar Kushal

I'm taking training under Mr. Kusul from last few years. I have my right hand fracture years back. Due to that I don't have strength in my arms. After years of regular training under him I have increased my body and hand strength, and being a classical dancer, yoga classes increased my stamina, flexibility and strength which improved my confidence ever than before.
