Wish I could give negative stars. Order placed for M7 xl they showed in stock. Ordered on 2/28/25. Went days without tracking. After emailing them giving me the run around they finally sent me a package of 4 cones boxes as a “gift”. Dude I don’t even smoke. I use vaporizers. Said the color I ordered was out of stock. So I agreed to change from Rosium to the ObsiduM. Days went by again and had to send like the 8th email to this scam of a company. They told me this morning at like 10am they would get ahold of there TX warehouse as I should have a tracking number by now. Just blowing smoke up my A#* I’m sure so they can fraudulently steel my money thinking I’ll wait to do a charge back. Sent them a email again tonight giving them till noon on Friday 3/14/25 to refund my order or ship what I paid for. Stay away from Kush-Scam Cargo. I bet I’ve sent 10 or more emails. It’s been almost two weeks. What a joke of a company.

My order number was #55406 they still haven’t shipped my packed and it’s been over a week. They have only replied to one of my emails saying the order was going out that day but it never did. I still don’t know if I’m getting my item I paid $50 and I’m probably going to have to contact my bank if It dosent get shipped

Don't listen to the negative comments. Trust me when I tell you they are 100% legit. I received nothing but excellent customer service. I been collecting glass since 1996 so I take this very serious. I ordered the Christmas Tree dab rig and this piece looks so bad ass in person I'm gonna order another one as soon as I'm finish with this review. So like I said don't be hesitant to order they have nothing but quality products and some of the best customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a 510 pen. They told me it was out of stock for 1 week but they would sent it when it arrived and I would recieve the tracking info. I waited a week and a half with no updates, reached out again, and was told it still wasnt in stock and to choose something else. I chose a different product for 7 dollars less, was told I would recieve tracking, and got nothing. I reached out 4 days later and was told they are also out of that product. The whole business is shady and seems like they are counting on running the clock out to make returns and payment disputes as difficult as possible.

Diamond glass breaker 8inch water pipe was a birthday gift for a loved one, the item advertised and what I received was not all together the same thing the bowl pictured on their website was not what I received,the color I thought I picked wasn't what was shipped after about four days waiting for a email for confirmation of shipment I went ahead and emailed the customer service representative to get an idea of what was going on I was notified that they would have it shipped from one of their warehouses in the same state I lived in to help speed up the process was told it would be two day shipping through UPS it was more like four shipped through USPS was past the birthday of my loved one wrong color wrong bowl contacted customer service representative again and was told colors are random when it say on their website colors may vary depending on monitor I checked again to make sure they did however send the bowl that was advertised never got notified of the replacement part being shipped had to email them once again to even find out when I needed to keep an eye out for it not to pleased with the experience over all decent customer service though

Ordered on 1/30/25 paid $12 for express shipping. It’s now 2/7/25 and my order has not been shipped. Communication has been absolute minimal I had to reach out and see why my order had not shipped Tuesday. They didn’t even have what I ordered in stock so they offered me the newer version free of charge told me it would be shipped via ups 2 day. On Wednesday they created a label. It’s now Friday and the package still has not been shipped out/given to UPS..

Had a very minor problem with my order (wrong color) and they went above and beyond to make it right! The reply was nearly immediate. Definitely my go to place to order!

Dab Dreams Come True!

As a heavy concentrate user, I’ve been through my fair share of e-rigs. Most of them gunk up, burn out, or make a mess with their tiny bowls—ugh. Enter the O.Pen Sesh, my new bestie! 🥳

Horrid customer service.
Ordered on Saturday 1/4, paid for express shipping.
Tuesday 1/7 - no changes, email customer service
Wednesday 1/8 - response, promised refund on shipping and that product would be shipped that day

Today, Friday 1/10 - no change, order still unfulfilled. No refund.

I wanted to buy something special for myself and there was a little hiccup in stock availability. Support was very helpful and quick. They were kind enough to even offer a swap on a similar product. I will def be back to finally buy something from ya’ll. Thank you so much and I apologize for any inconvenience on my end as your customer. Happy New Year!

Been buying from Kush Cargo for over 5 years. Recently ordered a Dr Dabber Switch2 on 12/28 and received 3 days later.

Still waiting on them to get off there lazy asses and send my banger. Got screen shoots and proff. If I don't get my item. Who wants to help me start a group class action law suit.

You never sent the item after asking for a week. Instead of the risk you canceled the ship 2 times. Then used me making lawsuit threats to not send the item. You do remeber I kept screen shots. Whatever I got a refund. I'll never trust this company again and no one else should ether.

They don't even deserve 1 star! My experience is nothing compared to what the rest of these reviews are saying but their customer service and lack of communication make me want to explode! Not worth the cheaper price! I was lied to multiple times and only offered a $5 refund. That won't cover the therapist I'll need to talk to after trying to communicate with them!!!

I placed an order on Black Friday. It's Dec 26th, and not even tracking info has been sent. Customer service has not responded. I am going to have to cancel with my credit card company. You would think a $400+ order with expedited shipping would have been treated with more care.

I apparently should have read the reviews prior to purchase. Ordered a piece on Dec 6th and haven't even received a delivery confirmation. Ordered a puzzle from China on the same day, scheduled to be here today. China Kush Cargo! Get your $%&@ together, not that I'll ever know. One and done with this company.

Order #54557.. confirmed place an order about 4 days ago now they are informing me they do not have the item .but why was I able to buy the item on the website if not in stock do not buy from this place they will take your money and you will not get anything in return. And to make it worse it was a gift for my son..wow and they lost my order convenience for them but I have my order #54557

I made a purchase over a month ago for the brand new Pivot device. I know there usual shipping time is always two weeks. But this time I was a little longer. I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They explained the item was backordered, and if I wanted to wait. So I said I would wait. But I wasnt sure it would be a long process. So a week later I email customer service again. They tell me it's still on backorder and I agree to wait. This time I requested tracking information to be updated. From then on I received no tracking information. I email a third time and request a refund. Later that day I was informed the item was in stock. (This part is definitely my fault) ...I was excited and said I would take the item. I again requested tracking information and still didn't receive any. Now I'm not sure if I'll see the item or the funds. I would a resolution to this problem.

I placed an order on 11/25. I received an email on 12/3 that the item is out of stock. There are 3 different colors of the same item and apparently they are out of stock on all 3 colors however they’re still selling them on their website which I find super shady. Don’t waste your time with this company, look at all their previous horrible reviews.

Updated December 19th: Kush Cargo claims my review is fake. My order number was #54298 for a Kannastor GR8TR V2 Series Grinder Jar Body in
Silver / Gun Metal. They can try to deny it all they want but I have the emails proving it and again from their clear terrible rating on this site you be the judge who’s telling the truth.
