Thanks, i liked the professionalism, you have the details of most of the products i checked on your website. you have a wide range of products. you communicate/reply quickly to customers.
The only negative side the website is slow to respond compared to other website eg Jumia.

The customer care lady (Sandra) was very helpful and answered all my questions (which were very many and a bit annoying)....the delivery was on time

I am grateful for Kweli because I am assured of genuine products at fair prices. The delivery is also really helpful. I would suggest further training of the delivery and installation team: the one who delivered my washing machine insisted that transport bolts had to be left on and in fact tightened them. I knew better and even the manual instructed so. I removed them after he departed.

I ordered a refrigerator, made full payment but it was found faulty. Unfortunately the replacement has taken close to a week even when the fault is not mine. I think it's quite unfair to allow such a long delay to deliver a replacement. I have no idea why this is so...but I hope that this can improve.

Communication was timely, payments were easy. Delivery was to the door and best of all, free. I loved also that the delivery person brought delivery forms to sign and return. Thank you for the wonderful products to help me monitor health, nutrition and wellbeing.
