Thank you for working with us and for the clear feedback. We’re glad the mock-up and shipping met expectations, and we’re sorry the pink shade looked less bright than on screen. We’ve processed the partial refund as discussed. To prevent this in future, we now confirm Pantone codes for bright colors and share a daylight fabric proof photo before production. Even for non-custom items, our fulfillment process includes quality checking and packaging steps before shipping to ensure every product meets our standards. That can sometimes take a bit longer than expected.

Regarding the $20 cancellation fee — this covers handling and payment processing once an order has entered the fulfillment queue. We’re sorry if that wasn’t clearly explained at the time.

with your order number and unboxing photos, and we’ll immediately investigate this issue with our fulfillment team.

If the package was tampered with or damaged during transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and make sure you either receive a replacement jersey or a full refund.

We understand how frustrating this must be, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
