Very good quality and excellent customer service!

Clothing is amazing, arrived quickly. Only negative is that the pants length needs to be at least an inch longer; either that or offer 'tall' sizes.

I initially visited the store in Amsterdam & had such a lovely in-store experience. They were out of stock of a pair of jeans I wanted so I ordered online. When they arrived they ended up being too small but the exchange process was SO easy (probably the best exchange experience I’ve ever had!), very quick & seamless. The clothes are unique & just beautiful, also great quality for the price. They’ve definitely gained a new loyal customer - I’m already planning my next order.

Spent 2 months chasing for a refund for a return well within their refund policy as they confirmed, after about a dozen email offered a credit instead of refund - when i rejected that and said id like the refund they ghosted again, very frustrating and unexpectedly bad customer service for a brand at this price point.

I have purchased many times during the years at LAAGAM, starting back in 2022 when I got the silver pants… Now even my boyfriend got me items from the brand - and I must have talked a lot about it, if it sticked in a man’s brain! The designs are really unique. The Amsterdam store is one of a kind in its architecture. The service is great!

I love the dress. The product is noce and the service very good too
