We’ve refunded your payment, and the amount has been credited back to your original payment method. As mentioned in our returns policy, refunds are processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse and is reviewed by our team.

For refused deliveries, it can take a bit longer for the package to make its way back to us, as this depends on the carrier’s timelines. However, once we received it, we acted right away to process your refund.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know the dress is in brand-new, unworn condition. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this information.

I want to assure you that we take all customer concerns very seriously, and I deeply regret that you’ve felt this way during the process. Unfortunately, we have had to implement a stricter return policy due to a significant increase in cases where worn items were being returned.

This is why we now have to refuse returns on items that carry any signs of wear or have scents such as perfume. I’m sure you can understand the need for such precautions, as it helps us maintain high standards for all customers.

That being said, we trust and appreciate your word that the dress has not been worn. In light of this, I am happy to confirm that we have processed a refund for the returned item.

I looked into your order (LAB5025772), placed on August 23rd. Since it was after our dispatch cutoff time, it was processed the next business day. Unfortunately, due to the national holiday on August 26th, it was dispatched on the 27th and delivered on the 28th.

I understand how this delay might have been frustrating, and I'm truly sorry for any confusion caused. To address this, we've refunded the express delivery charge. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.
