Be careful
The dresses on the site are gorgeous - but be really careful with trying them on. Obviously, if the dresses have been worn, refunds nor returns will be accepted. Despite me not wearing them and returning promptly, I was still accused of wearing them out. I replied to the email strongly, but then decided to call up to explain the situation human to human. Zara, was so reassuring and made me feel heard when I was previously frustrated by the false allegations. My refund has now been accepted. Thank you Zara.

Customs, Shady practice, Quality + Size
CUSTOMS (shady practices)
am ordering from greece. I looked everywhere on the website for info regarding customs. They were mentioned nowhere. I even sent an email and they informed me that the only cost is the shipping + customs (which are on the client). I should have been alarmed by such a contradictory response. They provided no info on how customs are calculated. Today i paid 100€ in customs... I think that they don't mention it at all as to not deter you from ordering
QUALITY
Most importantly... the quality is off! I paid 120 euros for a tulle dress and the lining was 100% polyester. It feels so heavy and hot. The tulle kind of iches my skin. I'm overall really disappointed.
SIZE
The sizing chart must be off. I am usually a small/medium. I followed their charts. The measurments they have provided made me out to be a large. The dress came and it is huge on me... Like I'm wearing a potato sack.
I'm really disappointed with the overall experience and quality. I expected it to be much better

Problemas con envío y devolución de dinero
Compré un vestido con envío internacional y no lo he recibido después de un mes y medio. Entiendo que puede ser un error con la empresa de mensajería pero he mandado varios correos electrónicos (en ocasiones tardan en responder más de 3 días) y todavía mo me han devuelto mi dinero.

Brilliant website, easy to use and navigate. Useful and frequent delivery updates.
However, I ordered my product in a size 8, my usual size, but needed the size up.

Absolutely gutted ordered this dress that I was so exited for after looking for ages I knew I wanted this one
When it’s came it’s was all crinkled and struggled the get the ruffled material to not look cheap
I order 2 sizes higher than what I am and still didn’t fit the chest area, waist fine and even the material under niether would have shown everything as it wasn’t long enough
The bigger you go I would of expected these areas to also lengthen
I am really disappointed

Stunning Wedding guest dress
Ordered two dresses for a Wedding in Tuscany. I had an idea in my mind what I wanted and as soon as I saw the Lace and Beads website i knew they were exactly what I was looking for. I chose the Shelby yellow printed maxi dress. Wow wow wow it’s absolutely stunning, so much better that the photo, so comfortable and flattering. I sent the other dress back and had to pay postage but I didn’t mind as I had a gorgeous dress. My refund was back in my bank account in a few days. Will definitely use this website again and have recommended it to lots of my friends

L’article est correct . Mais j’ai payer 30€ de frais de douane plus livraison donc je suis déçu . Je n’ai pas été prévenu que de frais de douane pouvais être appliqué pour une robe qui pèse moin de 800g . Dommage je ne recommanderais pas sur votre site

Sehr schneller Kunden Service!
Mit meinen Kreditkartendaten wurde eine Bestellung dort getätigt und ich habe den Customer Service direkt kontaktiert als ich den Betrug festgestellt habe. Ich habe um etwa 20 Uhr geschrieben und nicht schlecht gestaunt als ich um 20 Uhr eine Rückmeldung erhalten habe, in der meine Bestellung wie gewünscht storniert wurde. Meine Erfahrung war daher super; sehr seriös und ohne hin und her.
Zu den Zollkosten und der Retoure kann ich daher leider nichts sagen (bin aber vielleicht auch ein bisschen froh, wenn ich die Bewertungen hier so lese).

So happy with my purchase. Bought it on bank holidays weekend. And panicked with I realised there wud be no postage, as I needed it for the following weekend and I live in Northern Ireland. Sent a wee email to company explaining. Offered to pay additional postage to get it here quicker. But they never took additional payment - and sure enuff. I received the dress on the Thurs. ready for the wedding. Fit like a glove. And on the day everyone commented on the dress saying it was like something from a Dior ad. So so so happy with the purchase, fit, and service. Never felt as well a fit. Told everyone where it was from. Wud defs buy from here again. Thankyou! Site recommended a 10 based on details (was sold out) - I’m normally an 8…
Chanced an 8 and fit perfectly. So be careful of fit.
