Order didn’t arrive, despite paying for next day delivery I kept being advised it was in transit. 10 days later a refund was processed.

The customer service is the best I’ve ever received from a company.
I had an issue where one of the chains I’d received for my bridesmaids had a small but noticeable knot in it, that I couldn’t remove(I was worried about breaking it)
After raising the issue, within 24 hours, they had sent me a new necklace, which was perfect.
Unfortunately these things happen & I was more than happy to return & exchange, but there was no need.

I got the wrong shoes not once but twice Harvey and Steph were fantastic and helping me with my choices as well as shipping and returns all within a very tight timeline, the quality and attention to detail with the products for Lacey and favor. Our second to none shipping is incredibly fast and I cannot remember a time where I experienced customer service on that level well done lace, and favor with a tremendous shout out to Harvey and team! The necklace and earring set I chose was perfect for my wedding.
Communication was good throughout and delivery was fairly prompt, hampered only by the fact it was Easter weekend.

Poor packaging , item arrived damaged due to lack of protective wrapping . Had to return .

Excellent service

The color I received was lime green and not dark green as shown in the picture. I paid 39$ for shipping and have to pay 33$ to return. Buyer beware
