Beware of colour bleed

Fast delivery and the dresses were lovely.. but beware, they bleed a LOT when washed so make sure to wash on their own and not with any other clothes that can be ruined - our bridesmaids learnt the hard way and CS have told us it it’s “respectfully” our fault

Excellent service

Excellent service. My order arrived promptly & well packaged. There was a fault with one of the items so I contacted Lace and Favour & they responded very quickly and dispatched a replacement which I received the next day. Love the items ordered & very happy with the customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with my experience with Lace & Favour. The delivery was fast, and my order arrived perfectly packaged. The quality is outstanding—the craftsmanship is excellent, the materials are beautiful, and the product looks even better in person than I expected.

The after-sales service also deserves special recognition. The team is highly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I received prompt answers to all of my questions.

I highly recommend Lace & Favour for the exceptional quality of their products, their professionalism, and their outstanding customer service.

Wedding Guest.

Ordering on Lace and Favour was a, great experience. My hair clip for a wedding at the end of August was delivered very swiftly. It us, absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend this company to anyone, either getting married. It is not only for people getting married, go on have a look, you will not be disappointed. Very good website.

Bridal jacket arrived after about a week, but was too small. Quite limp. Needed some sort of reinforcement interfacing in the collar.

Regarding your delivery, your order was placed at 10:40 pm on Friday. As advertised on our website, same-day dispatch is only available for express orders placed before 3:00 pm. Our team does not operate over the weekend, so orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday are processed on the following Monday. Your order was therefore dispatched on Monday and delivered on Wednesday, in line with our advertised delivery times.
