I love how the teachers are patient with you when you don't understand something.

An amazing community of teachers and students. Thanks to everyone for the lovely welcome. I'm loving my new school.

I like the fact that the teachers interact with me and ask me questions. When I struggle, they leave everything to come and help me. I have had experience in Public schools, and they can't even be compared to lady evelyn. This is why my lady evelyn review is 5 stars :)

I should've seen the red flags from the start.
The support line for lady Evelyn school has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences of my life.
From the offset, I was given much misinformation which I didn't realise was the case until I had enrolled my daughter. The admin/enrollment team clearly are not well versed in the way the school runs. Infact, I think they run their customer support center outside of the UK, it's like talking to some international call centre with a language barrier.
Before enrollment, One of the things I was told we would recieve is a welcome pack with text books, and excersise books etc, I waited two weeks after enrollment before chasing this so called 'welcome pack' only to be told we were misinformed and there was no such thing. I was disappointed because I thought this was one of the few reasons that the tuition fees were higher for this online school compared to others.
Another thing I made sure to ask was, if my child wasn't happy at the school, what would be the policy on deregistering and getting my refund, the response was, aslong as the school are notified before the beginning of the next term, I'd get my refund. I did this, but they refused my refund.
There have also been other times where we have been given wrong information in regards to the cirriculum and I've had to request getting in touch with actual staff members to verify this information.
Which leads to the next challenge, getting a hold of someone who actually works at the school, or a member of the management team is actually not possible. I requested a conversation with a management team member for weeks to talk about not getting my deposit refund and other matters, it just didn't happen. To see many other parents have had similar issues leads me to think that this 'school' is just another online scamming business.
Their justification for not giving me a refund is that I should've read their terms and conditions rather than taking the word of a member of their admin team, had I known that this establishment is a dishonest money making business which isn't focused on a childs education, I wouldn't have enrolled my daughter at all.
The level of education and the way they educate at this school is definitely not worth the money. You're child is better off with parent supervised self study from revision guides and an online subscription to twinkl. I'm fortunate I had only enrolled my child for a few months.

I would like to share my experience with Lady Evelyn independent school where my child attended.
Unfortunately, our time there was very disappointing. The quality of education provided was subpar, and it became increasingly clear that the management was more focused on profit than on fostering a supportive learning environment.
From the outset, communication with the school was a significant issue. Important information about my child’s progress and school events was often lacking, which made it difficult for us as parents to engage meaningfully in our child's education. Calls and emails frequently went unanswered, leaving us feeling frustrated and undervalued.

Moreover, after deciding to withdraw my child due to these ongoing issues, the school refused to return our deposit, citing vague policies that I believe are unfair. This experience has not only impacted my child’s education but also left us feeling taken advantage of as parents.

I urge other parents to thoroughly research their options before choosing this school. There are many institutions that prioritize student education and parent communication over financial gain. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others avoid the challenges we faced and encourage the school to reevaluate its commitment to providing quality education and transparency with families.

I have been at this school for four years and I really love the teachers. The clubs are amazing and the lessons are interactive.

I would definitely recommend Lady Evelyn Independent School to all parents! It has been a game changer in the way all my kids think.

They are a lot more independent and self aware. They have become interested in many areas they were not confident in before. They also always look forward to clubs such as cooking and debate club.

My children’s language and communication skills with others have significantly improved.

I love the fact that the school gives real time information about my children’s day to day attendance and homework.

The admin and support team keep us posted on how the kids are achieving, this is a big bonus for me and my husband, as it gives us a quick summary on how they are managing and what areas they need to improve on.

The staff members are very friendly and quite accommodating, which is a bonus as it builds that friendly environment for the student to be able to communicate with their teachers easily.

The experience at Lady Evelyn was really amazing for my kids.
The teachers are very genuine and always go above and beyond. The parent app is very helpful especially in knowing if my kids are late or absent from classes - I get an instant notification.
The kids really LOVE the school and for the first time are actually happy. They have made a lot of friends from the school. Definitely better than all the other schools my kids have been to.

Two of my children study at Lady Evelyn and the teachers are fantastic. I sometimes listen in to the lessons. Very engaging. The kids actually love their school. Best decision we have made!

Poor quality staff and won’t release customers deposits.

the the teaching was not very good always rescheduling the lessons and they didn’t give me back my deposit after I left the school.

The company refused to return my deposit by introducing new rules to avoid doing so. I wanted my deposit back because I planned to move my daughter away from this school due to the poor quality of teaching and lack of support from the staff. They barely assign homework, and the classes are poorly taught. The teachers provide no feedback on how your child is progressing. Honestly, I would strongly recommend against sending your child to this school. The way they’ve treated me is absolutely disgusting.
