Thank you for your feedback, Clio. A small amount of initial shedding is natural with alpaca fibres and should gradually decrease with use.
Kind regards,

Label Found
Perhaps i am being a little harsh in that the blanket arrived promptly the day after ordering, and the blanket does feel soft, light and warm, But i bought this blanket as a wedding gift and i did expect a label, or bag, or box, or something to indicate the quality of the blanket, and washing instructions. I appreciate that Laipaca don't waste resources, but a lable doesn't use much eh!

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review, Keith.
We’re sorry to hear that the care label and washing instructions were missing from your blanket. Every Laipaca blanket is normally supplied with a care label and washing instructions, so it appears these were unfortunately lost before delivery.
We deliberately keep our packaging simple and only use protective packaging that ensures our blankets arrive safely, even if they are left outside in the rain during delivery.
We’ve sent the care instructions and a copy of the label to your email so you can pass them on to the recipient of your gift.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback—it really helps us improve.
Perfect !
