Laipaca: Handcrafted Alpaca Finery レビュー

Delivered very quickly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size - totally my fault. Customer service were very helpful - I took it to the Huboo courier rather than posting - and the return and refund processed immediately. Can't really comment on the blankets but rest assured you are dealing with decent people if you need a return.

Goed op tijd geleverd en netjes verpakt.

After ordering a really beautiful blanket, The transport company made some mistakes and returned the blanket tot Laipace Without any questions. The Laipaca team picked this up and sent me en new blanket even before they recieved the first one back. A very good service. This service you cannot find al lot anymore. But With the Laipaca company you can

It all went well.

High quality product. I am very pleased to have bought it. Service from laipaca was excellent and I would use them again.

Superb quality products delivered very quickly.

Their rapid delivery is impressive and the blanket is great. Be careful when deciding the size. The larger ones are suitable for chair covers and the smaller ones are good for cover in a cool room

Really great product, lovely quality and delivered nice and quick.

I can only recommend you check these guys out. I was very impressed with the product which had a slight issue and once emailed, same day response, issue addressed and offered some money off. Great customer service from a friendly team.

Product delivered on time and to correct place. Product was as described on website.

Blanket very soft and warm. Striking design.

The blanket was sent to me very quickly after I had place the order.
The quality of the blanket is very good also the colourway and design is good.

Fantastic product. Fantastic service.
It’s lightweight and warm and beautiful.
Great present for all age groups.

Quick to deliver and very comfortable

We bought a beautiful scalf for my daughter’s 21st. Ordered really easily and recieved very quickly. Excellent service. My daughter loved it

It is a pretty blanket/throw, but apart from dropping fluff (which I’m not bothered about) it has formed what I can only describe as little dreadlocks - presumably it is equivalent to pilling. This had happened very quickly - only a month or two. It already looks pretty awful. Initially I was disconcerted by how very thin it is - I don’t think that matters though, it’s just different to wool or fleece. It’s how poorly it’s worn that means I wouldn’t get one again.

Quick Delivery and a very well made blanket that has some amazing warmth.

Very poor quality.
Excessive pilling .
Not to mention that I nearly returned it because of colour scheme.

Not worth the money I paid.

Really happy with the purchase, alpaca wool poncho for my hubby which he loves, walking around like Clint Eastwood. It’s really warm and received the order pretty quick and would use this company again for purchases in the future
