IF YOU ASK ME, I'VE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE FOR RING UPGRADES, AND GUESS WHAT, IT'S MY FAVE NOW. I WAS COMPLETY IMPRESSED!

I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company until now. Customer service is terrible. I waited weeks to hear from them after inquiring about shipment. Before shipping I confirmed returj policy in the event it was not as expected. It wss confirmed I had 30 days if not satisfied. When I received ring the center stone was not 1.5 ct as expected. It was smaller . I requested a refund or exchange but they refused to allow a return and would not communicate with me. Very frustrating. Now Im trying to dispute with my cc company. Why state you allow a full refund and then refuse. What a scam. Made and shipped overseas. I would not trust them . Terrible communication and poor business practice not allowing a return.

I am not the most romantic guy, but I knew I had to get this right. I nervously ordered the ring and kept second-guessing everything. But when it arrived... man, the shine was unreal.

I proposed during a simple dinner, nothing fancy, but the second she saw the ring, she teared up. Totally caught her off guard. Best surprise I've ever pulled off!

I’ll admit, I was so obsessed with how the ring looked that I kept opening the box to stare at it before the big day 😂. Couldn’t help myself. The cut, the sparkle, the feel—it was all so spot on. When she finally saw it, she had that “OMG” face. Mission accomplished.

Absolutely loved the ring! I have zero complaints with the ring it was perfect. The box it comes in is not my favorite. It’s big and ugly in my opinion. If you are going to bid the ring in your pocket for a proposal you’ll probably want to buy a new box for it
