Jake is fantastic, a professional gentleman. If you want a modern solicitor with traditional values, where you get to speak directly to your solicitor and not via an app or office administrator, then go with this firm. Highly recommended

I really appreciated the clarity and efficiency of the service provided by Larrington & Co. There were some slightly unusual circumstances involved in my house purchase, goalposts shifted at short notice and I was a total novice to the world of conveyancing. I initially found Larrington & Co through a colleague who had used them before. They were a little bit more expensive than the rest of the quotes I had but I was sold with the fact they were local to me and they responded to my colleague asap and came across very professionally.
