I don’t recommend this watch. I never wore mine and it tarnished in the box in just under a year. I stored it how they recommend and when I reached out they weren’t willing to assist. The watch is unfortunately garbage now. This is very disappointing. Waste of money.

I received my product, but the quality isn't what it used to be since they sold their company.

I reached out to customer service to start a return. The staff provided me with a website that says their return portal is unavailable. I reached out again to request a return and filled out a form. They responded to say someone would reach out in 24 hours, and it's been 3 days, and no one has reached out. Since they sold their company, I have had a terrible experience with their customer service and their returns. So sad because they used to make such great products and it's gone down hill since.

order stated that duty and taxes included. They were not and I had to fight to have them reimbursed. I live in a remote area so it took me just over 3 months to have it sized and a battery installed by a watch store. Because it was a mere days after 3 months warranty period, and I had a third party install the battery, the warranty was deemed null and void. Now I have a nice looking watch in my drawer and unusable. Quite frankly, I have never had a company not want to make good on their product, and I would not recommend this product to others.

before i placed my order i messaged their customer and service about a watch says back order. they told me they are were going to ship within that week due to logistic changes. so i placed the order and after another week no shipping and i sent another email first got some AI random replies and then they said it takes another 2 weeks to ship. i demanded a refund immediately and they just keep sending me emails about giving two options of either waiting for 2 more weeks or change to another watch. this company sounds like a total fraud at this point. i am about to report fraud to my bank! DO NOT BUY from this company!

I never received my order. It took months for them to attempt delivery to Lebanon, but the product didn’t arrive. I updated my address to Brazil, yet it never arrived there either. I requested a refund, but instead they processed it after I had already told them not to, since my account was closed. Overall, it has been a complete waste of time and money.

I love that they have models for all kinds of occasions. Personally, as a mom, I love this watch model because it's super chic, but at the same time, I can wear it with casual outfits.

They sent me two of the same watch when I did my exchange. I should have never even told them. They were clueless as to how it happened or how to resolve it that by the time it had been figured out my window to return my item had closed and they wouldn't take it back. The gold plated looks cheap. It's way too bright. It looks tacky. It's also overpriced. I bought a Coach watch for $200 and the gold tone looks so much better than this one. Do not buy from them. They are clueless and overpriced.

I exchanged one smaller watch for a larger faced watch. You guys sent ME TWO. I should have kept one. You guys couldn't even figure it out. It was a ridiculous process. I already requested to return the newer one and you all had said my window had closed for that. So stop lying...

Worst ordering experience and customer support. I don’t even know where to start. First order I sent to the wrong address (my home, not vacation home). So no problem I’ll just return it on arrival because they don’t have the option to cancel or any sort of live or timely customer support. Fine. Then I go to order the correct watch to arrive while I’m on vacation as it was a gift for my sister who lives in Brazil and was meeting me there. It would have arrived in time and I paid for express shipping. They ended up canceling my order 3 days later with no notification! So I never received my watch and they accused me of fraud. Now I’m trying to return the first watch and they are extremely unresponsive (and despite being a US based Shopify store, they only respond after 11pm eastern, if at all). I already read the terrible return process they have so I’m not looking forward to that. If they make it difficult I’ll have to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, something I’m sure this company is familiar with given their poor customer support. They also depend on the worst AI for chat support, one that can’t even find my order despite me providing the correct email and order number, even address.

Update 7/27: So turns out if you return something (even if you’re just buying something to replace it) you pay shipping back and they deduct original shipping on your return lol. New to me. Additionally, they only respond between 11pm and 4am eastern time so it doesn’t seem US based and it’s always “Sophie” who has been extremely unhelpful. So the generic reply they left here saying to reach out to support is just useless as you’ll get a response a couple days later with no actual assistance. I had to email them today to show them I returned the watch they received on 7/24 because she didn’t reply to the email I sent with the tracking number… I also had to show how they haven’t replied to an email from 7/25 that they made me send to unlock my account for “fraudulent activity” which idek what that’s about. So I am yet to be able to FINALLY order this gift my sister wanted (which now she won’t get for months thanks to this company), I just want to order this overpriced watch so I could never do business with them again, and I can’t even do that.

Amazing design and quality 🫶 in love

The product was good. I got as a gift for my sister and she seems happy with it. I seen her wearing it to events and casual places as well. But the reason it is 4 stars is because I needed to pay costum charges and tax charges that was not clearing informed when purchasing the product online. I live in Canada and the product came from the United States but you guys claim it is a Swedish product. Which raises eyebrows. Also, I was charged customs on the worth of the products which means they will take a procentage depending on your country or province on total price of the watch excluding discounts! I bought the watch with a large discount which made me thick it was worth the watch. I mean it looks good it's nice and she is happy with it but I could got her something more meaning full for the amount of money with taxes and costumes in total that I paid for. Also, a big piece of advice your packaging for a $417 worth of watch you can include a nicer packing making it a more luxurious. It came in a black little carton box which made it look very cheap almost embarrassing gifting such a product. All in all, good product but I wouldn't shop here for someone else.
