The girl taking my travel details was much too fast on the phone. Three times she spelled my last name incorrectly. Every time she was told she failed to correct it. It proved impossible to speak to anyom=ne to get it corrected. This had an impact at each stage of my journey to Trinidad from London, She also confirmed more than once that she had put us in a "hotel" with "half board". Our "Hotel", The Queens Comfort Inn, Port of Spain, was NOT a hotel but a Guest House and never provided food etc. I had to get a taxi every morning just to have some coffee,
Our flight was supposed to be direct to Port Of Spain. It became American Airlines (AA) via Miami who would not let us board as we had not filed completed "este" (US visa) forms which we had no idea about and had no wish to enter the USA We were offered an alternative flight from London Gatwick which was direct on the same day but being disabled, I couldn't face a trip to Gatwick from Heathrow. We were flown to Miami with no booked acommodation with a proposal that we tried to fly standby to Port of Spain from Miami the next morning. I had booked special assistance in Miami who saved the day, they delivered us with our luggage to a hotel in Miami airport, booked us in and arranged for a transfer of the same to the check in desk for the standby flight to Port of Spain. We only got on this flight thanks to special assistance in Miami. We finally arrived in Port of Spain some 2 days late with no half board to greet us. We were told
repeatedly that we had only booked a "BASIC" room. This did not even include a chair! but they put some matters right later on in our stay by providing much better beds and a fridge in another room.

Outrageous. Simply a scam. Take your money and issue receipt, only to cancel the flight in an attempt to increase the price by 40% although the flights were available.

I had to cancel a flight only booking that used American Airlines when i found out i needed a visa even though it was a transit stop to another country outside of the US. So within 12 hours of booking i cancelled the flight costing over £2000. American airlines refunded the whole ticket price of £1258 and last minute kept the rest of the money without offering any refund or voucher

Do not ever use this company cancelled our accommodation 5 days before we were leaving and failed to provide us with replacement. Completely screwed up our long planned holiday. Empty promises which were never met.

Le lendemain, je reçois un mail me disant que le vol aller change....Je donne mon accord...48h plus tard annulation de mon séjour sans explication et remboursement tardif...Mon départ en vacance le 12 est plus que compromis à cause de Last minute...

Owe people thousands of pounds for over a year

Ils ont annulés notre réservation 2 jours avant notre départ, soit disant à cause du COVID-19 mais ça fait 5 mois qu'on est au courant pour le COVID, aucune mesure n'a été prise par le gouvernement pour justifier cette annulation ! Comment allons-nous faire maintenant que les prix sont démesurés ?!

Appel service client payant qui ne répond même pas !

Shame on you last.minute.com. They Ignore emails, phone calls and contact from Resolver. We are owed a refund for cancellation of flight due to Covid-19 but no contact from last.minute.com. To make matters worse, having a walk around Central London in lockdown I find that they are the sponsors of the London Eye, wake up London Eye, this company are a bunch of criminals and should not be promoted!!!!!!!

Un second, pour développer l'offre lue. Super écoute, conseils juste tops, sans aucune pression. Une confiance s'installe. J ai réservé.
Un suivi par mail hyper réactif.
Une annulation de ma part, pareil super explication du comment, combien, etc..
Je vais réserver pour l'automne, oui, mais plus avec l assurance conseillée par le site. Pathétique. Un représentant français à l inverse de ce site...

On attend toujours après last minutes qui est incapable de prendre les choses au sérieux honte à vous de voir que vous êtes incapable de nous avoir un vole pour notre voyage qui on a juste demandé un décalage de date vous prenez les gens pour des imbéciles j'ai fait appel à vous par tout les moyens et vous faites les morts on a passer des heures aux téléphones avec vous par mail aussi pour vous demandez juste un changement de date suite à un décès vois en rester des imcapable l'hôtel en Tunisie qui eux reste plus compréhensible nous on dit oui aussitôt par contre de qui est de vous pour un changement de date vous êtes des incapable des bon a rien notre voyage reste sans attente de vous part tout à été payer ainsi prévenu en temps et vous avez même nos engistrements téléphoniques rien bouge de votre part juste des bon a rien
