We used the services of Latitude Finance recently for mortgage of an onward house purchase followed by life insurance/LOI protection. Both Rob and Sabrina are incredibly experienced and very friendly making all communications informative and stress free. My payslips are somewhat complicated yet Rob was able to decipher the information and present to the lender with ease, ensuring our application was complete and correct. Various options were presented for our life insurance/LOI protection and we were able to make an informed decision based on these. I look forward to using their services again for when we remortgage in the not too distant future.

I cannot recommend Sabrina from Latitude Finance highly enough. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. As the mortgage process was completely new to me, I was naturally nervous, but Sabrina completely put me at ease through our conversations messages and emails, and there were a few! She expertly guided me through every single stage, from my initial enquiry and collating all the necessary paperwork, right through to exchange.My job has some financial complexities, but Sabrina’s experience shone through immediately. She navigated my situation flawlessly, though I have no doubt she could turn her hand to help anyone. She secured a fantastic mortgage product that fitted my finances perfectly, and incredibly, she even managed to secure an even better interest rate just a few days before exchange! Couldn't rate Latitude Finance highly enough. Rob was brilliant. We've not used a mortgage advisor before and it was definitely the right decision for our remortgage. He explained everything to us really clearly, always responded quickly and got us a deal we were very happy with.

We received a great service from Rob securing our initial mortgage, and subsequent remortgaging. He is communicative, flexible, and works hard to achieve the best rates for us. He explains things in layman’s terms for beginners and made the whole process less daunting. He chased things up on our behalf when things with our solicitor were moving a little slowly. Rob was so helpful and honest from

I’ve just arranged my third mortgage loan through Rob and his team at Latitude . Re-mortgaging can be stressful; but in almost 30 years of being a home owner and dealing with many brokers I’ve never received such brilliant service. Rob’s listening skills and patience are excellent. His “can do” positive attitude is highly reassuring. His knowledge of the lenders and his willingness to consider so many products and then transfer to this knowledge to the client shows great commitment and reliability I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob and his team to friends and family.
