Fantastic customer service who dealt with my issue quickly when k realised I’d given an incorrect email address for the gift card I purchased. Thank you.

Chissà da chi. Mai avuto i soldi in dietro. Mi sa di truffa. Incredibile che Airbnb non ha voluto fare niente. Amaro in bocca.

My card was stolen and an Ebay gift card was bought with it using this service. I found out about the fraud immediately and sent an email to Launch Gift Cards asking for their help. They replied that they could not help me and to contact my bank. Not only were they completely unhelpful, but the email itself was not written with good grammar in a professional manner.

I purchased a $100 Uber gift card and just realized I was charged twice!

Sent a DoorDash Gift Card to my kid's friend through this site and the card came up as not redeemable. Once I sent another one through the actual DoorDash app on my phone, it worked like a charm. UPDATE: it turns out the recipient did redeem the card, but there was some confusion in the messaging from the app (I guess). Customer service got right back to me.

Update: I emailed the company and they dealt with the issue straight away. Very good customer service.

I have just bought an Air b&b gift card today and have used the incorrect address for the recipient.
I cannot find a contact phone number for this company to contact them about it.

I accidentally put the wrong email address when ordering a gift card for my sister. After realizing this mistake. I reached out to. Launch gift cards support system, and they were on top of it. They were able to fix the transaction immediately and their support and customer service was fantastic.

i had to change the date twice, and both times their CS accommodated me and my mistakes, wonderful experience and i recommend getting etsy gift cards to anyone

I accidentally deleted my gift card information and they were able to reinstate the card quickly. Everything turned out great! Thank you

Tried to purchase a gift card on ebay and it sent me to this site. Says it didn't go through and the gift card recipient did not receive it, but my card was charged.

I purchased a $130.00 doordash e-gift card on their website. I never received an email confirmation nor order #. I spent 4 hours getting the run around. Doordash Rep emailed the link to launchgiftcards.com to have it resent to me.

I received an email response from LGC

last four digits of the card used (please denote if ApplePay)

I filled out all the information includings screenshots of the purchase and emails from doordash support that I never received anything.

LGC rep said basically it not their problem and take it up with doordash.

I had an issue with a door egiftcard before with Doordash and they sent a link to LGC and I filled out the form and was resent the giftcard by email.

Now Doordash and LGC is giving me the run around. I'm glad to know they dont give a crap with resolving customers with disabilities.

There was 1 Doordash rep from the accessibility contact center that tried to help but she was limited with access this type of issue.

I wasnt over 7 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and no help. Just tired of being robbed by them.

Over the course of the last couple of years, I have been gifted 2 Door Dash gift cards through Launch. Neither gift card worked, and when I contacted customer service, they were useless. What a waste of time. I feel bad that the 2 people who gifted these to me just burned money. What a scam! UPDATE post-ridiculous reply from company: the gift cards have yet to be redeemed! The customer service department has been useless.

Great experience - entered the wrong email address for a card and they corrected the issue within 15 minutes!

Buying the card was a breeze, but I am most impressed with the customer service. I ended up needing to return the card, and they helped me out with no hassle whatsoever. And quickly, too! Great experience.

Bought an Airbnb gift card and received a link from them to redeem my gift card. However the link is not accessible and all I get is blank page. Neither Airbnb nor Launch gift cards support are able to solve the problem for almost 2 weeks already. All I get from Launch gift cards support are some generic answers with no solution. Worst support I have ever received.

I have gone to redeem my voucher I received for Christmas with a response that said “invalid or empty gift card”. Wanted to book today and now can’t. Very disappointing.

has recently ordered a e-bay gift card from these guys and did have some complications at first . however i contacted both ebay and launch gift cards about the issue and they were able to resolve it so really happy about that!! response time was a little slow but in the end they did there part and got the gift card working again . will defo use again in the future!

Unable to activate $500 airbnb gift card. No response from customer support despite repeated attempts through their link.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I bought an Airbnb gift card for my daughter. I realised she was using a new email address and late on a Saturday night contacted support to change the delivery email for Sunday. For the record, I was sent the link when I bought the gift card, so all was not lost either way. The support team responded within a few minutes and changed the delivery email. Remarkable support, thank you!!!

The customer support I received was nothing short of exceptional. As soon as I reported my issue the customer support team jumped right in helping me locate the information needed to process a new gift card. The communication was outstanding and I just can’t thank them enough. Job well done
