0 stars. Terrible experience after purchasing $3600 of Airbnb gift cards online. They were non-redeemable from the minute they were received via email. 2 weeks of back in forth communication so far with still no answers . Launch gift cards have no phone communication at all. Just machine generated auto response. Airbnb Customer service representatives have been kind , but no help towards resolution. launch gift cards had no problem charging our credit card. I strongly recommend buying gift cards in person . Launch gift cards reminds me of a company on the edge of failure.
I was gifted an airbnb gift card over 2 years ago and have been trying to use it ever since. Every time I go to use it, it won't allow me to redeem it. I started by contacting airbnb support and they directed me to the Launch Gift Cards support e-mail where they told me that the only way to resolve this is to have the person who gifted it to me contact the store they bought it at with the receipt and photo of the card. As if someone is going to have all of that info two years later - not to mention you should not have to bother the person who gifted you a gift card to fix the issue. It's not like it was a Starbucks gift card that you would normally use the next day. It took 2 years to find the right time to plan the trip and now you're telling me I need to trace back to 2 years ago and get the person who gifted it to me involved for that to MAYBE fix the issue. I am currently out a $200usd airbnb credit and they couldn't care less. I can't believe airbnb and other companies even involve third parties like this to be in charge of their gift card services.

Sent a gift card from a customer added it to the uber app ( under vouchers) and used it with no problems what-so-ever.

As others have said - if I could rate this a zero then I would. Absolutely shocking. Tried to purchase Airbnb voucher on Airbnb app and the order kept declining despite using SEVEN different cards, both business and personal. No explanation provided.
The order then randomly went through after trying on mobile instead of laptop.
Then realised that there was a typo in the email address so it did not reach the recipient. As it cost £250, I was understandably keen to resolve asap.
No reply to an email after 2 weeks. Airbnb cant help, just direct you towards this completely useless company.

As others, I tried to purchase Uber Eats gift cards. I tried to place 2 orders. My first order went through fine but the second order kept declining. I tried different credit cards, different browsers, different computers, different wifi networks etc. and nothing would work. Tried to contact Launch Gift Cards and it took 2 days and 3 emails for them to even respond. When they finally did respond the email was incredibly generic, didn't address anything in my emails and ended by basically saying 'If this doesn't work, sorry we can't help you'.
If you're going to send a generic email template, at least take less than 48 hours and 3 emails to do it!
Awful service - I ordered several gift vouchers in separate transactions for employees at my company. They REFUSED to send me a proper business invoice (Which I need for the finance team at my company). I have sent about five emails trying to get some sort of invoice, it's exhausting. Will not use again.

Kept getting declined multiple times.
Tried (several times) sending an Uber card to a friends email. I kept getting a message that transaction was declined. I called my CC company and was told that Uber had declined it. When I emailed them, they refused to accept responsibility and continued blaming CC company. They refused to supply a phone number. I'm a bit concerned that they now have my cc information.
I ordered a gift card, because a family member was in another city and needed to use an Uber. I purchased a gift card through the Uber app. It showed up as a pending transaction on my American Express card. I got a confirmation email from launch gift cards.com stating that the order was declined. Thinking I must have done something wrong, I sent another one using a different credit card. Exact same issue showed up in pending transactions and then I got a message stating that it was declined. The transactions were processed buy launch cards 2 days later and have now posted to my American Express and my Visa account. I have contested the charges because there is apparently no way to reach launch Cards customer service. This company should be put out of business. It also reflects very poorly on Uber to associate themselves with it.

I even went to uber thinking I was going through them to advoid this crap iam so freaken upset 3 hrs still waiting for my card what is the damn point of asking would you like it now????? you will never send it when it supost to be sent but you TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCT WITH IN SEC> THIS IS FRUAD>>>>>I will contact the BBB and attorney general to have them look into this company
I sent a gift card to a sick family in hospital for $200, they never received it. Money gone from bank but how can Uber Eats still allow there brand to be associated with these thieves!
Gift card for Uber worked as planned. I'm dropping a point because it created unnecessary concern for me that Uber have introduced the complication of a third party to deliver a function that they could easily manage themselves and because LGC's own website looks as if they will be hard to contact in the event of an issue.
I suspect that the high rate of negative reviews is because most people only become aware that LGC exists when they have a problem with a voucher.
Never used this company but a $several thousand$ debit from my bank account shows a Launch gift cards transaction. Basically my bank account was hacked by this site or hacked and used on this site. Working on it with the fraud department now.
Update... Luckily my bank was able to reverse the pending transaction.
Mine worked fine surprisingly. I read the reviews before redeeming and was skeptical it would work (I received a gift card as a gift). I typed in the code straight to my account and immediately my account was credited the amount on the card. I even clicked the link again and it showed me the code again, so they may have patched that flaw, or I was lucky.
So, it worked for me, but considering all the negative reviews, I would look for other options before using this service, just to be safe.
Do not use this service.
Like everyone else half cards turned up half didn't wasted a lot of time chasing them up with no satisfactory response.
If you access the link and dont redeem you cannot access again therefore your voucher is no longer usable.
Eight attempts to correct email address for a gift card recipient via the Uber app, Uber email, their Facebook page and Launch Gift Cards email. Every response I receive from them shows the recipient email is still incorrect. It was my fault initially (I typed gnail instead of gmail), but it's a small fix that they are incapable of executing. No customer service phone support through the app or their website. Will use Lyft in the future, and will NEVER order a gift card from Uber/Launch again.
Like everyone else, I've wasted a lot of time trying to get any support for a gift card purchase. They sent me to ubereats support, who sent me back to launch gift card support. Why even offer gift card purchasing if it's this poorly managed?
Absolutely terrible service. I was buying a $50 gift card for a friend but recieved an email saying it had failed to go through so I redid it and sent the gift card again. After this I got emails saying they're both been purchased and sent via email. However my friend never recieved them but I was given a copy of the codes. I ended up not needing them so I contacted uber about getting a refund since they hadn't been used yet. I was told by Uber to contact Launch Gift Cards, but after getting nothing but one automated response despite multiple replies I sent I decided to give up and just use the codes myself only to find that both of them were invalid. This is all extremely pittiful considering their website states it has a "100% fraud-free guarantee" and I'm not the only person having this issue. If I don't get a response at this point I'll be going to my bank. Please avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.
No response. I have sent multiple emails over a number of months, and Deliveroo have contacted them too. Nothing.
