Just used for the first time, fast service, live updates of expected pick-up and delivery times great.
Seem to have done what's expected.
Only quibble is pricing structure, once you exceed the 6kg per wash limit pricing is higher. Gave them two bags totalling around 11.5kg, was charged nearly £45 - would have expected about £40

Wrong order delivered
Was contacted in the app today saying there was a mix up and they needed to know if my order was shirts or linen. I said shirts. Tonight they delivered linen. Driver wouldnât help and said will only go off what is on bags. Impossible to get hold of anyone in the evening which is a problem as need the shirts for tomorrow.

I wouldnât be posting this review but I noticed that one I had posted from a previous negative experience from 3 years ago had been removed. So Iâve come back to reinstate it.
I have since used LaundryHeap 2 more times since 2023, one was a few weeks ago. This is unfortunately my only option for now as my local place shut down.
Every single time LaundryHeap has delivered inconveniently late due to âdelaysâ with no elaboration.
Once was at 23:45 at night, and I had work the next morning.
Another time I had a work event the following day, and during the day before this event I had a notification come through that said they could no longer deliver on time as advertised, which wouldâve been ahead of this event.
I spent the remainder of my evening struggling to get my suit back uncleaned from wherever it had gone so I could do it myself.on top of that it came back significantly creased.
Awful company.

A great first (and second) impression
I have used them twice now and I have to say customer service is excellent. I had two queries before booking my last batch, and they got back to me within 20 mins with great responses. One of them, I asked if I could change my delivery slot to an earlier one, they happily did so.
Clothes are fresh, smell great and are neatly packed into bags upon return. Drivers are polite in my experience. Being able to track the driver's ETA is very helpful. The app is decent and gives you the info you need.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Cleaning instructions were not followed. I specifically asked to have the shirts individually wrapped on hangers (like it used to be the case long time ago) but this didnât happen. Itâs a shame as Iâve been using Laundryheap quite frequently but I wonât be using them again. If they canât fulfil such a simple request then I wonât bother again.
