My experience with Law and Lawyers are about lots to say just wanna make it simple and short. Experience with L&L @Jiji Valliayaril & Co was fantastic and stress free I did not had to bother much from myside hardly 3 follow ups I had to do. I just left things left on their desk to go. Finally all my files related to our property purchase was finalized and cleared from our L&L's end though certain things were not clear from the other side yet L&L @Sir Jiji ensured that all our works done were accurate and genuine so that we will have a peace of mind in future. Great Task Great Job done timely manner.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They didn’t transfer my stamp duty payment to HMRC. They blackmailed me to rescind a complaint. They failed to communicate throughout the process.

Right from the start they were difficult to communicate with - poor English skills via email, my questions glossed over or ignored, and extremely long waiting times to hear back on critical information. I would have considered dropping the deal entirely if I had more time.

I was highly stressed throughout the extremely drawn out process (which lasted almost 4 months until completion), because I didn't know if anything would happen at even the most basic level. Eventually, I gave up asking for assistance, despite knowing that this could cost me financially later, and instead just pushed for the deal to get finalised. As an example, I requested changes to a legal document which never even materialised by the end.

The assigned solicitor only responded to an email once throughout this whole process (otherwise, it was legal assistants on the job), and even then this person failed to answer my query. We wanted to know if we should get a retainer to cover ourselves in the event that the radon risk mentioned in the survey was an actual problem - they simply stated they were not experts in radon, completely missing the point that we wanted legal advice to protect against the risk, not whether it was an actual risk. This kind of lack of attention to detail defined most of the process.

What an absolute nightmare. For a firm that is in the legal industry, it really sets the bar as low as physically possible.

Case/File Number: C11123/FM. After multiple follow ups and a year worth of time I haven't received the registration documents yet. There's also a pending fund that needs to be released from the seller's solicitor which I've been chasing for many months now. Every time I call I'm told that I'll be given a call back.

I've talked to their team multiple times on phone and email. I've also talked to their MD many times without any productive outcomes.

I have quite a lot of experience in buying and selling properties, but she was amazing and incredible.
She is the first person I have ever met who put herself in client shoes and look things.
Me and my big money was was almost drowning and she was the one who saved everything without even loosing a single penny .
I don’t have words to express how grateful we are for the service she provided.
When many work just for profit Prospective she works in a way which benefits both client and the company which is hard to find in many.
Even though she was very busy with other clients and since mine is a auction purchase and had a high risk alert, without even me explaining she rolled up her sleeve and did the completion in lighting speed Within 12 hours which is totally impossible.
