Nobody reads these emails I am still waiting for my refund this company is so unprofessional with my money refund day 70 still no refund nobody can tell me anything

We apologize for the delays with your refund. As an online travel agency, we can only issue refunds after confirming them directly with the airline. Thus, the refund timeframe depends on how quickly the airline responds to us.

Nonetheless, I can confirm that we've finally received an answer from the airline and issued the refund to you on October 9, 2024. In case you don't receive it within 7 to 14 business days, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for investigation.

Perdí dos mañanas completas y tuve que…

Perdí dos mañanas completas y tuve que adelantar el pago, porque el riesgo a perder todo lo abonado es altisimo, a pesar de autorizar el debito de la tarjeta no habia forma de solucionar el pago de las cuotas y el incumplimiento te hace perder todo lo abonado, estuve un dia y medio entero abocado a solucionarlo.
NO VOLVERIA A USARLO JAMAS

First time using this company and the worse experience!

After I finalized my payment plan weeks early before the final payment was due, this company cancelled my booking without any warning. I found out about the cancellation of my booking after I saw a partial refund in my bank account. They could not reinstate my reservation. When I went to book a flight again, (a week before my initial flight) the price had tripled. I had to cancel my airbnb and only received partial payment. I lost money because of the incompetence of this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Scammers

Scammers. They have not refunded my money th after Frontier refunded funds back to the over a month ago. They will lie and lie to keep your month. Please never book with them!

ME SIENTO INSEGURO, ME PIDEN QUE ESPERE 4 DIAS PARA DARME RESPUESTA. LA PAGINA ES POCO AMIGABLE, NO ENTIENDO SI ESTOY CON OTRA COMPAÑIA Y SU RELACION CON AEROJET. nO SE LA RELACION DE TRUSTPILOTS EN ESTA NEGOCIACIÓN

I never do reviews but lay trip was perfect for me and my girl I thought it was a scam but you guys definitely showed us different thanks we finished our payment and woke up to airline confirmation and I signed in on delta and everything is legit we will be booking with laytrip from here on now now can’t wait for our Puerto Rico vacation in 18 days 10/10 recommendations for trying this app out !!

No me gusto el servicio que aportan

No me gusto el servicio que aportan, pedi cambiar la fecha de un vuelo y no me dieron solución mas que completar el pago completo para recien ahi ver si podía cambiarlo. Decidí cancelar la reserva y me dijeron que me van a reembolsar el pago que hice menos 25 dolares que se quedan ellos de multa, sigo estando esperando el reembolso… de los 73 dolares que pague con mi tarjeta de crédito

Dado que reservaste tu vuelo a través de Arajet, ellos son los únicos que pueden asistirte con los cambios de vuelo. Tu reserva debe estar completamente pagada con Laytrip para solicitar un cambio, según nuestra política.

Después de que decidiste no pagar la reserva, pudimos ofrecerte un reembolso porque te pusiste en contacto con nosotros dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la reserva, lo que te permite reprogramar a tu conveniencia. Ten en cuenta que se aplica una tarifa de cancelación estándar a todas las solicitudes de cancelación con Laytrip.

Los reembolsos suelen tardar de 5 a 10 días hábiles en procesarse. Si no lo has recibido dentro de ese plazo, por favor contáctanos y te proporcionaremos los números de referencia necesarios para que tu banco rastree el reembolso.
