They are a scam
They are a scam , I paid $790 on their website just to found out the flight was only 375 . When I asked them they said they paid 375 , and could not give me an answer explaining why I was charged 2x the price . I was told that they take a fee from the down payment but they stole half of the money that I paid . So I would stay away from them .

Mi experiencia fue realmente buena porque brindaron asistencia a todo lo que necesitaba, además fueron amables, precisos, resolvieron a tiempo, no esperaba un resultado positivo por un error que yo misma cometí al comprar mi vuelo y el centro de ayuda pudo resolver todo favorablemente, estoy muy a gusto con el servicio, son eficientes y confiables.

deben corroborar el cambio de tarjeta de credito impacte en el acto y que el sistema lo tome, y otro problema fue luego de pedir a un agente que ingrese mi tarjeta manualmemte, no pude pagar ya que el boton rosa no tomaba el clik, luego de avisar al agente me informo que el pago se hizo automatico

This company is very useful for splitting payments and having flexibility on said payments. The CS team gave me extensions to pay when I reached out to them so I didn't lose my booking. Very nice!
