Reserve un vuelo con esta empresa en noviembre 2024 al realizar la reserva agregue una maleta ida y vuelta, cuando llegó la fecha del viaje la maleta no apareció registrada en la aerolínea de arajet, llegó mi fecha de viaje y no apareció y después de más de 7 horas enviando mensajes a esta empresa logré que rectificaran y agregaran la maleta, en último momento, cosa que no pude ver hasta que estuve en el aeropuerto, y pude hacer el checking en línea, el día de mi viaje de regreso resultó que solo me habían agregado la maleta de ida más no de vuelta intenté reclamar ningún agente de Laytrip me respondió, y ya casi tenía que abordar así que tuve que facturar la maleta, para hacer la reclamación luego, cuando lo hice, Laytrip me respondió que no tenían forma de verificar y que aparecía que me la habían agregado. Luego de varios días reclamando y evidencias enviadas, no tuve éxito la empresa simplemente dijo que no había pagado por la maleta en el roundtrip. Pero quien viaja con una maleta solo de ida y la deja botada. En fin me engañaron.

Reserve los.vuelos y los hoteles estoy ahora en quebec en el Fairmont chateux frontenac unos de mis sueños.hecho realidad gracias !! Que fácil me la pusiste laytrip! Próxima parada perú!!!

Bueno es la primera vez que lo uso todavia no a llegado la hora de decir que es bueno cuando llegue la hora del vuelo sabre contestar si es bueno o le falta hasta haora todo bien

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

I canceled my flight due to the days being wrong, that's on my part. However when canceling they made it complicated and took 20 min just to speak to someone. On top of that, they didn't give me my refund when all I paid was the down payment. Because I didn't "cancel within 24 hours" I just want my money so I can rebook the flight directly from the airline. YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE! ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!
