Very easy to make and whitout complications
I just made my first reservation, it was very easy to make and without complications, I liked that it really is what it says there were no complications when making the reservation.

It's a system based on ripping off if the customer makes a mistake and forgets to pay for just one month, there is not automated charging, there is no advanced payment, if yo don't pay an installment in the following 10ndays you loose all payments, which is injust, and unethical, we asked for monthly payments and it went to weekly payments anyway

At Laytrip, we offer flexible installment services without credit checks or interest rates. You may select the desired frequency and payment amounts during checkout, after which the payment plan is locked.
Throughout your payment plan, we understand that you might miss a payment, so we offer a 10-day grace period to accommodate such situations. We send out missing payment reminders via email and attempt to collect the missing payment during the grace period.
If we don't receive the payment or hear from you within the grace period, the system automatically cancels the booking. We warn you of the cancellation on the 2nd day of the missed payment and clearly define the payment deadline. We regret that your booking was affected, but we hope you understand that this process is in place to maintain clear expectations and smooth operations for both our customers and the team.

Todo claro, buena opción.
Acabo de contratar un vuelo por la financiación de laytrip y fue todo muy claro, quizás hay que buscar un poco pero toda la información necesaria está clara y precisa. Es una opción genial y creo que de esta manera voy a viajar al menos una vez al año, termino de pagar un pasaje y compro otro, es una opción muy buena, gracias!

Don't book with this company,,,,they cancel my trip at last minute in December for a surprise birthday trip,,,,today is 25 February and all now I can't get back my money,,,,I'm getting tired of waiting,,,,the bank send them emails and all now they don't respond,,,, my family send them emails and all now no respond,,,,I'm getting tired of waiting for my money,,,they are quick to take the money from card but take month to refund back money,,,I NEED MY MONEY NOW

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by your flight cancellation. Unfortunately, airlines sometimes make last-minute schedule changes that disrupt plans.
After you reached out to us, we confirmed the case with the airline and issued the refund to you on January 15, 2025. The refund has been processed on our end and should have arrived to you within 5 to 10 business days.
We haven't heard from your bank, but we have sent you the refund reference numbers so you may follow up with your bank to locate the refund.
