The service was acceptable, leaving them is the issueâŠ
Lazer confirmed that my account was closed and that there were no outstanding amounts due. Despite this, I later received a demand for payment for a final bill, which I formally disputed.
Rather than addressing my complaint, Lazer referred the disputed amount to a debt collection agency.
I paid the amount under protest and under duress to avoid further escalation, but I do not accept that the charge was justified and I am now seeking a refund.
Very disappointing way to handle a customer dispute.

For clarity, the final invoice was issued on 20 September, before your cancellation request on 25 September. However, that timing does not excuse our error or the way we handled your dispute. We should have reviewed the account thoroughly, addressed the information you had already been given and provided a clear response before taking any further action.
We will arrange a refund for the amount you paid (25 september to 19 october), including the interest charged by Intrum. You should not be left bearing these costs because of our mistake.
This falls short of the care, clarity and fairness we expect to provide, including when a customer decides to leave us. We take responsibility for what happened and are committed to putting it right. We are sincerely sorry that the end of your experience with Lazer was handled this way. We hope to earn your trust in a next time.

Excellent customer service and efficient installation
From the moment we first made our initial enquiry right, through till our final installation was complete and everything was running the service and attentiveness From Carla and the team was exceptional.
The order was processed quickly and installation happened exactly on time on the day which we had chosen.
A big plus for us was the excellent English as our Portuguese is not yet that good!
It is also very helpful dealing with a company who can communicate by email and also WhatsApp as well as conventional telephone as this makes it always possible to get Support when needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lazer to anyone who wants this service.

I signed up through the website and my contact person João called me very quickly to make an appointment, he came to my house he explained the different options, he immediately drew up the paperwork and made sure the technical department made an appointment for the installation. He followed up by whatsapp and answered all my questions very quickly. His colleagues from the installation department were just as quick within one week they were ready for the installation and set up, within 1 hour the entire installation of Internet and tv was arranged.
