Aimee has been really helpful throughout the handover to Leaders. She has been friendly, professional and very easy to communicate with, and has kept us updated throughout the process.
She has also been very understanding regarding the outstanding maintenance issues and made sure our concerns were properly noted before the new management takes over.

Holly at Leaders has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole renting process. She showed me around the property, answered all of my questions clearly, and has been responsive and supportive at every stage. The staff in the lettings department at leaders have provided an excellent service…very prompt, good communication, patient, supportive and kind. They have been really helpful with organising everything for me RE my house move. Thank you so much.

I rented my property through Leaders a few years ago, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience:

- High monthly fees with very little service: I was charged around £250 every month, but I saw very little value or service in return.

- Promises not delivered: I was promised regular property inspection reports, including reports every six months. These were not provided as promised.

- Poor property management: When the tenant eventually vacated, the condition of the property was significantly worse than when it was handed over. Leaders did not provide the support I expected in dealing with the situation.

- Thousands spent on repairs: I ended up spending thousands of pounds getting the property back into a reasonable condition.

- Expensive charges for minor repairs: Even relatively small issues, such as tap repairs, resulted in what I considered disproportionately high charges.

- Serious communication failure: The tenant was apparently in arrears for around five months, yet I was not informed about this in a timely manner. I had to chase for information myself.

- Refund issue: When I asked about refunds, I was told that the money had been provided through their Premier Service. I found the explanation and process extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, I feel I paid a substantial amount in management fees but received very little effective property management in return.

My strong advice to landlords is to do thorough research before signing up with Leaders. Do not simply rely on promises made at the time of signing up. Make sure you fully understand what services you are actually getting for your management fees, including how rent arrears, inspections, repairs, refunds and tenant damage will be handled.

Based on my personal experience, I would not use Leaders again and would not recommend them to other landlords.

This is my first time moving into my own place and leaders were the best Estate Agents. I tried using Oakmans and Dundelin to no success as there communication is subpar to say the least. From the moment I chose to view my property to the moving in date I had clear, concise communication with my Estate agent Aimee, she even helped me with sorting out my references when I failed to understand what was being asked of me. Overall a 10/10 experience and i will be telling every and anyone to use Leaders.

Unfortunately this has to be a review of complaint !!
I have been a good Tenant for over 5years & taken care of the Landlords property very well & improved his property also. I’ve never given Leaders any issues whatsoever…

But Sadly I have been most shocked & disappointed by the way a tenant is treated after they have been issued a notice to leave from Leaders.
The customer care stopped & the lack of communication & correspondence was shocking ,
There was no acknowledgement of anything or reassurances
From their Customer care Team or the person percifictly dealing with this situation..

Sadly I will not return back to Leaders after being treated so shabbily .

Given notice to leave is already a very stressful time for us all
Without the added stress of constantly Trying to get acknowledgement or a response back from Leaders office team on matters that was of importance..

A competent and professional team that assisted with our application until the move was complete. Aimee was great; and the whole team helped out to make it as smooth of a transition as possible.

Aimee has been supportive throughout my time with leaders so far. After showing me a property, Aimee supported me with the application process and communicated with me promptly. As I am not a technology person, Aimee has helped me through using the portal and making payments. So far the service has been excellent.
