5* for Jas. Fantastic property manager. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she really is excellent at her job!

Jas has been super helpful in facilitating work on my property. Plus dealing with time sensitive issues to make sure the new tenants could move in on time.

I am very happy with my property manager,Jas .
She always picks my call, if she couldn’t she always calls me back in very short time and solves my property related issues.

I let a property using leaders, they said they're increasing fees and I queried this, still waiting to hear back from someone in relation to this 9 weeks on! Avoid at all costs. Zero communication from them.

Be very careful. Raised the rent by 70%,then kicked us out and hiked the rent up for the new tenants, Will lie and worm their way out of giving your deposit back, they will act as if they pass it to an independent body, however they call their department "the depositary" which allows them to see what you reply with, total liars. Please do not trust these unscrupulous toads. I'm sure there will be the obligatory response which we all know will be rubbish and try to shine them in an innocent light, so leaders? (or whatever you change your name to this week) ..... Here is your shining moment.... Have the last word... I'm sure that it will be fascinating!

Jas is always super helpful and quick to respond to requests. It genuinely feels like she cares about you and your property, getting resolutions alot quicker than previous property managers!!

As a landlord with not a huge portfolio, it’s been great to have Vikki as my constant rep/contact from Leaders as she understands the history behind the property and brings a valuable level of knowledge and expertise which helps to resolve matters quickly.

Customer service is exactly what it should be. Responsive, reliable and honest. We have worked with leaders for a while now and have completed some tough jobs along the way. Through all the jobs the property managers are always at hand to give assistance when required and should have some recognition for this. We would like to commend Vikki Goodwin, Abbie Green, Elizaveta Korsak just to name a few of the exceptional staff we deal with on a daily basis. Through hard work and dedication we have been able to complete small and large jobs in a timely manner due to the swift communication between contractor / agent / landlord which comes down to these friendly few. We hope to work together seamlessly for many years to come and continue to deliver excellent customer service.

Moving into a rented property for the first time after living in a council house was a big change, and I was quite worried about the service and repairs in a private rental. However, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thanks to my housing manager, Hayley Ann. She has been absolutely amazing—addressing every issue I’ve reported with efficiency and professionalism. She always answers my calls with such warmth that I can practically hear her smile. Her excellent communication skills and dedication make her truly stand out.

I also want to express my gratitude to CJ, the agent, for his incredible support throughout my big move. He was always responsive and ensured all my emails were answered promptly.

Vikki is an outstanding property manager, looking after my properties for years with professionalism and care. Managing repairs and renovations hasn’t always been easy, but she has handled every challenge efficiently and with great attention to detail. Her dedication and expertise make the entire process so much smoother—I truly couldn’t manage without her. Highly recommend her services!

Regarding cockroach infestation at Babington Court Derby.
You say that you have not managed the building since 2023.You approximately manage eighty percent of the apartments.
Infestations come from the occupied units.DO YOUR THREE MONTHLY INSPECTION CHECKS on the units you manage.

Also I am no bother to them either just efficient and professionalism towards the whole letting business environment. Leaders have been managing my property for more than 10 years, so far I have no problem whatsoever, all staff are helpful , particularly my current property manager Eleisha Thomas. If you are looking for an agency to manager you property I'd highly recommend Leaders-Derby

I have been working with Jas Gill in the property management team for a few months now, and she has been great. She responds to emails quickly, always available on the phone if there is any confusion over the scope of works on jobs we are working together and all round a very pleasant person. I look forward to continuing to work with Jas.

If I could give a zero I would. Leaders derby are absolutely awful. We've rented from for 10 years and they just won't do repairs, we nagged at them for 8 years to fix the rotten wooden windows, they kept telling us the landlord can't afford it. They've told so many lies. Finally he fixed them then drove the rent up by 160 a month. Lie to us all the time, when they do eventually send someone they send some odd Job bob incompetent. Who leave a mess. Boiler broke and they took all the tiles off the wall and left it that way, filling holes with cement. Still the same after 4 years, won't fix it. Kitchen has been falling apart since we moved in. Promised to fix it and then tell me they'll send contractors to price the job and they never ever turn up. Constantly arguing with Vikki the propery manager who has zero accountability, they don't do their job and won't talk to you on the phone because they say I'm rude, when I'm literally not, I'm just saying my boiler has been broken for 3 weeks now and you've done nothing , have told me for 2 weeks running the gas engineer will call me. Hasn't called..hasn't attended. I called her to ask why and told her it's not good enough, refused to talk to me and told me it will be done the next week, still hasn't been done. Absolutely disgusting company.
