Leaders - Gosport レビュー

Made getting a place to rent easy and stress free.

The team at Leaders Gosport were amazing all the way through my recent house sale. They helped with the offer negotiation and then kept me updated on a weekly basis until we reached completion.

The staff were very helpful and kind and were able to check questions we had and respond quickly

Jess and Jade were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
The photos for the sale leaflet were excellent and I was given very accurate costs.
Like some other reviewers I was not too impressed with Lifetime Legal who charged me twice for the same thing although I did get my money back after complaining.
It might just be me but in future I would opt for my own conveyancer.
Well done to all the Staff in Leaders and thanks for being so helpful.

Jessica, Val and Jade have been really efficient. They guided me through the offer stage and I really felt they acted in my best interest. I have received timely updates throughout the solicitor stage. The best estate agent I have dealt with.

Good customer service

Nice friendly staff and very helpful

A very understanding. Efficient and friendly service. That helped to secure a property that dovetailed my needs and requirements. And helped make a smooth move from my old rented property to my present new rented property. All together more than satisfying and reassuring.

Guiding me through the process at a stressful time in my life

You guys have been fabulous, would not hesitate in using you again in the future

Great agent 👍

Val has been excellent from the first viewing - nothing has been too much.

Stress free purchase which was all thanks to her.

Lifetime legal, forced upon you, and quite unnecessary, absolute rip off.

I can confidently say that I would highly recommend them to friends and colleagues. The team was professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided clear and helpful guidance throughout. Their expertise and commitment to customer service were evident at every step. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about your needs and delivers excellent results, Leaders is the one to go with.

I felt that the service of Megan and the team at Gosport were exceptional. Megan was particularly helpful and friendly with the right amount of professionalism. Every query or problem was dealt with swiftly and completely. It instilled confidence in the process of purchasing from you. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt I was in great hands.

Great team very helpful have a great customer approach

I have been very impressed by the friendly and professional support that I have received from Leaders at Gosport during the purchasing process. I have been kept informed and assisted throughout. Thank you very much.

Can’t praise Richard and Megan enough for everything they done for my sister and myself. We lost our dear Mum and had to sell house. Both Richard and Megan were amazing. Kept us informed all the time and advised us on decisions which was so helpful with what we were going through. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Leaders.

Very clear and willing to answer questions that I had. Much more accommodating than another local estate agent. Richard was awesome!

My mother was very impressed with the service & valuation provided by the agent.
However the vetting process with Lifetime Legal was a joke. Very poor communication, repeating numerous times requests for documentation already supplied . Rejecting legal documents. I could go on & on, it took weeks!! I am still unsure if this is resolved even though the house is on the market.

To be fair I believe this is a separate company to Leaders and the agent was more informative than Lifetime Legal & has raised a complaint with them. I will be avoiding anyone who uses Lifetime Legal in future. A stressful experience all round at a difficult time. Very disappointed
