I wanted to express my gratitude to Natalie at the Kings Norton office. As a landlord for decades, the experience has been significantly better with Natalie as my property manager for the last few years. She has always provided invaluable information and advice, making me feel supported throughout. While the entire Leaders team has been fantastic, Natalie's exceptional support (and patience and kindness) stands out. Thank you.

Since starting to look after our property, Natalie has always been most helpful and with positive input and constructive suggestions which as an absentee landlord has enabled us to proceed with confidence that our property is in good hands.

I have every confidence Natalie's advice which has enabled our property to run smoothy.

Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Experience

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. They sent us an agreement and confirmed multiple times that they were fine with a 6-month contract. We showed continuous interest in the property, called, and emailed regularly.

However, at the last moment, they cancelled everything. I had already booked flight tickets for my wife and son based on the agreed move-in date, and now I am at a financial loss.

We even signed up on Goodlord, but the agency miscommunicated to the landlord about a 12-month contract despite our clear and repeated request for 6 months. This was their mistake, yet we are the ones suffering the consequences.

Highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I would strongly caution anyone before dealing with them.

Natalie our property manager is very professional at all times - She is helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Aishleen has a very enthusiastic and positive approach and is very good at giving feedback. She has recently been of great help in the marketing of our property.

From having the valuation, putting the property on the market and right through to completion I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness provided by the Valuation Team (Claire) and the Move Manager (Sue).
I was kept updated during the sale process and all my questions were answered in full by Sue.
Sue also prompted my solicitor a few times to get updates as well.
I cannot thank them enough for what they have done guiding me through the sale process and completion.

We have a very tight schedule of moving into the new property, luckly Hannah offered her great help with efficiency, she made the house moving a lot better!

Quite impressive service so far and I hope they will continue such professional service throughout.

I found that my aggent Hannah Aston Gardner to be very helpful and went out of her way to help me when I was having issues with certain documents and problems I had with filling out the portal all the staff at the branch was friendly and polite and my experience which took 3 weeks from viewing the property to receiving my keys was a pleasure to deal with

UPDATE: after some email exchange, I was finally able to receive a response where they said that I am not in breach of contract nor have I cancelled and they won't enter without my permission.

Their email notification about the property inspection is basically a threat, stating that they will use the keys unless you explicitly tell them not to.

Since this notice only provides a 24-hour window, if you miss the email, they could enter your living room without your awareness or consent.

For the past four months, Leaders have scheduled four property visits with me, but they never showed up.

Now, I just received an email stating that I am in breach of contract, and they can enter the property whenever they see fit due to me "denying access."

I have cameras and a loud doorbell, yet I am wasting time and energy preparing for inspections that never happen. Now, I am constantly anxious, waking up and going to sleep fearing that someone will break into the property.

I always keep my keys in the keyhole, and I no longer have peace of mind.

I don’t know what to do now.
Should I call the police?

Hannah has been a pleasure to work with and has helped me to let my property.
The only thing I would flag is that it's taken 3 months to let but that does include Christmas.

Hannah has been a perfect help all through the steps to help us move in comfortably and confidently in our new home
