Would like to thank property manager Charlotte at Leaders. She has been very helpful over many issues, and also very approachable and informative when we have spoken in person. Thank you Charlotte!

The check out procedure at the end of contract was thorough.
I was kept informed all of the time by Charlotte who has been extremely helpful during the whole process.
Thank you Charlotte.

We have been using Leaders for 18 months now, who look after our rented properties. We were assigned a property manager, which works really well. Her name is Becca she is very honest and we like that she's so approachable, and we liase and talk about problems and solutions.

As a contractor collecting keys on a Saturday - staff are limited - Adam was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure the keys were located and all with a smile - he is a credit to the business and Lettings - Thank you Adam you were so helpful

House finding process was very prompt and straightforward with leaders group. Jack my advisor kept me posted about everything. He was friendly and professional. He found the house best fitted my needs and requirements. He always answered all my questions. I had an amazing experience with leaders because jack was understandable and knowledgeable. The business also has the best day rates by far, so I recommend them 100%

Lisa Wheadon has been our property agent for 5 years, we have been in the same property and any issues we have had Lisa has responded promptly and resolved the problem within a few days. Based on previous experiences with other agencies this is a superb credit to Leaders.

Having had a bad experience with a previous letting agent I have found Leaders to be first-class. Lisa Wheadon has made the whole process great from start to finish. Always there to help. Would definitely recommend this agency.

Had so much assistance from viewing until I finally moved in from Kyle and he was always available to respond to my issues.

The letting agency in loughborough has helped support me and guide me through my time as a tenant and Mia especially has been really supportive through getting my deposit back.

I rented with Leaders for 2 years and never had a problem. Charlotte Roberts was the property manager and always made sure to sort out everything needed promptly.

Mia Mullan has been working with my company for a short while now and what an absolute bundle of joy she is. Really understanding what needs to be achieved from the customer and contractors point of view. Not just accepting everything however challenging and questioning the quotes. Speaking with Landlords and advising what really needs to be done and is always smiley and cheerful. Its a pleasure working with Mia and the rest of the Leaders team in Loughborough.

Kyle is a very polite young man, he answered any questions we asked as quickly as he could and was always happy to help us. We had a really lovley experience using Leaders. Would 100% recommend!!
