I have had the pleasure in dealing with Jade Brasiewicz for a number of years now and such a pleasant and helpful Lady. Any queries I have had are always solved very quickly and nothing is to much trouble, I would highly recommend Jade as she is conscientious, honest and trustworthy making the business she is in extremely reputable.

Superb promotional video and top quality marketing photography helped ensure that two viewing requests were made the same day that our house went on the market! Harry was outstanding with communication and his professional approach.

I have to say that it has been a pleasure working with Charlotte Roberts at Leaders Loughborough. Her responses to any queries I raise have been prompt and very thorough. Her help over my properties has been exemplary. Keep it up.

We have had an excellent experience with Leaders Loughborough. Jade Brasiewicz has been our property manager and has been excellent from start to finish. Emails and phone calls are responded to promptly and any issues resolved almost immediately.

Absolutely fed up of this company. So many times I have contacted them on the date a property goes up for rent and they get back to me with a date to view. Then they end up cancelling it ON THE DAY of the viewing saying it has already been let agreed. Another thing is they told me to wait two weeks for an online video tour even though I was really interested in the property. Turns out that’s just been let agreed. So other people don’t have to wait? Just a nightmare. Don’t want to ever have to deal with these scum in the future. Pathetic lot should be ashamed of themselves.

Charlotte Roberts has been an excellent property manager. She is very responsive and keeps me posted on updates frequently. Highly recommended
