Leaders - Sutton レビュー

I have recently contacted Leaders Sutton branch to obtain a guidance on potential letting. I found Leaders in particularily the branch letting manager Michael very knowledgeable and supportive who clearly knows the local rental market. Michael has quickly explained the changes to the current Rental Rights Act and how to prepare the property for renting. Michael was a true professional and very friendly to communicate with. If you want a reliable agency and trustworthy agent who actually knows its trade and is a hands on letting manager then that would be Michael.

As a landlord, I always confidently rely on Leaders to take care of our properties and responsibilities. Especially with so many changes going on with the market and legislation.
All of the team do a great job but Michael Wilson is always available to offer help and advice and happy to resolve any issues we encounter.
Highly recommended.

As an overseas landlord, I’m extremely satisfied with this team members, especially Michael, Sian, Ruth and Caitlin. They found tenants quickly, handle all paperwork smoothly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended!!!

Michael, Sian and the lettings team worked professionally, quickly and efficiently to obtain a good quality tenant for me when my previous tenants gave notice to leave. Sian kept everyone 'in the loop' so all knew what was going on throughout the process. My new tenant has now moved in and everything went smoothly. An excellent service as always with Leaders of Sutton. I can highly recommend them.

I walked in to Leaders office to look for a flat for myself and Sian was quick to help find a great place for me that was suitable to my preferences and within my budget, excellent work. All the paperwork and viewings thereafter went through smoothly. Hiccup on the day of the move with the payment should have been communicated to me before the day of the move, and would’ve saved me from a stressful time but otherwise, everything was great and would recommend their service.

Was refreshing to have such a positive experience with Sian while she assisted us to find a tenancy. Sian was professional, friendly and went out of her way to locate suitable properties to match our requirements.

Leaders gave been very helpful and covered all points really well during our recent letting. They were very approachable and communicative, as well as competitive in their pricing. A special me tion to Sian and Emma who were at hand at any time.of the hour.

Yet again Leaders have delivered for us.
They are responsive and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Big shout out to Sian, ruth and Emma.

Prompt response, and in very details.

I had a really positive experience vitcoria throughout my property search. From my first enquiry, she was very friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. She also took the time to understand what I was looking for and arranged viewings that suited my schedule.

The whole process was clear and well organised, and I never felt pressured. She kept me informed at every stage and made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. I would definitely recommend Victoria to anyone looking to rent a property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I can't recommend Caitlin Ellinor‑Smith highly enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire letting process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and hassle-free.

What really stood out was her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled promptly and efficiently.

Great experience with Leaders especially Sian! The team has always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my questions. Communication has been excellent throughout, making the whole renting process smooth.

Due to a looming overseas move, I had a very accelerated timeline to get my property rented out but Leaders and especially Sian couldn’t have been more helpful and above all professional. They really made a very stressful few weeks easy for me. Even when there were some unexpected bumps in the road it has all been absolutely smooth sailing and I would be very quick to recommend Leaders to anyone looking to rent out their property in Sutton.

Sian was very proactive and helpful with the renting process. She responded quickly and answered any questions we had. I missed her prompt service when she had to go on holiday.

We had Metz show us around our first rental property. He was very helpful and very proactive in keeping us up to date and sharing the necessary information with us.
Overall, I am very impressed with the experience we have had so far with Leaders right from when Metz called me to arrange the viewing on the property!

We had the pleasure of working with Metz who is part of the Leaders Sutton branch team. He is great, communicates clearly and promptly, asks and listens to what we were looking for, and is a lovely positive energy. A big thank you to Metz for such great work and care which led to us finding what we were looking for by just our second visit. I would highly recommend Leaders (and Metz!)
