Leaders - Worcester レビュー

5 STARS FOR TIERNEY!
Tierney has picked up and owned problems like no one I have previously experienced in 20 years of letting out my properties. Calls she has taken off my hands includes speaking to the Council about Rates between tenancies and HMO licenses. All tough stuff! Other matters handling tenant expectations and chasing for rent have been handled with a smile and great communication by phone or email. 5 Star service.

Ffion has been our property manager for 3 of our properties (9 tenants) for over a year. Ffion manages the property with efficiency, problem solving and nothing is too much. She has resolved problems including unusual and unique issues in relation to tenants with professionalism and empathy. She identifies appropriate contractors and when necessary ensuring prompt attendance for emergency call outs as well routine visits. Tries to come up with solutions before even contacting us as landlords. Ffion liaises with other departments in Leaders to problem solved etc. providing an efficient service from Leaders. She is definitely an asset to Leaders from a landlords perspective and the best property manager we have had in 24 years as landlords.

Friendly staff

Kate has been absolutely superb from the get go, answers all questions promptly, efficiently and in such a friendly manner!

Thank you!

Really positive experience, 100% recommend. Alice was so helpful, put me right at ease and sorted me right out. Will always use Leaders now, totally different experience to what I’ve experienced with other high street agents. Thank you!!!

Alice was fab

I had an unexpected repair over the bank holiday weekend. Luckily I contacted leaders the following day, and Maddie was fantastic. She sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Not only did she put my worries at ease, she made sure that I was compensated in less that a week.
The best customer service I can ask for. Thank you leaders

Thea was helpful, friendly and answered any question we had to ask. Even if she was unsure she didn’t hesitate on trying to find out what we asked to help us

Special thanks to Thea who is super friendly, efficient and simply a delight to deal with. I couldn't recommend Leaders enough thanks to their amazing staff who demonstrate such wonderful care and consideration ❤️

Thea Meek is excellent at her job. Efficient and caring, she always looks to get things done quickly and keeps both tenants and landlords up-to-date with whatever is happening. I have no hesitation recommending her to others who are looking, either for good property management or for an agent helping secure a suitable place to live.

My experience with leaders of worcester has been pleasant, fast, and efficient, they have helped me with buying a property and also helped with my journey of becoming a landlord and managing my property, I would like to mention Natalie Mitchell there as she has been dealing with a lot of my stresses that I’ve been having, to keep it short I had somebody drive through the bedroom of a rental property that I have and she has gone to great lengths with my tenants and myself to get it resolved as quickly as she possibly can with the many issues she has faced along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever get the chance to have another property, which they can manage for me since they, especially Natalie hasn’t let me down with anything I have needed. 10/10 all around

Natalie Mitchell at Leaders is always incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any property issues that arise. She is professional, approachable, and keeps you informed at every stage, which makes the whole process much easier. I would highly recommend her and the entire team at Leaders for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.

After a few mishaps moving into my new house, Ffion efficiently ensured the subcontracted work was being done as we wanted, in a timely fashion and to a good standard. To do this, she noted down all our information on file so other colleagues could stay informed should the work get moved around, contacted many suppliers on the same day we had raised the queries about the property and followed up for feedback once they had been and gone. The deadline of Thursday had been given to Leaders for a few weeks and Ffion stepped in last minute to make it all happen. Forever grateful she adapted so well to managing what our home needed to make it now feel so right.

Fantastic service from Ffion who was helpful and professional throughout. Ffion kept us informed, ensured contractors worked to deadlines and genuinely cared about our customer experience as a tenant. Very impressive.

Ffion at leaders worcester office is always helpful, and friendly and always does her best to sort out any issues with the rentals

I have been with Leaders for 11 years, they are always helpful
I recently had an issue with my flat & Maddie Cornes as always was so helpful & efficient. I would say she’s been the best property manager we have had so far
Thank you 😊

Leaders have been excellent in managing my property for me. The team are highly professional and communication is clear. The on line portal works well at helping keep records too. Ffion Whittlesea has been my property manager more recently and has provided an excellent service. Always contactable, prompt to reply, confident and highly competent. Many thanks all.

Natalie Mitchell is the best Property Manager we've ever had!
We live in New Zealand, so it's difficult to manage the properties at times. That's why having Natalie on our team is so critical. Natalie goes out of her way to give us a clear and pragmatic view of what's going on so that we can make the best decisions.
Leaders have some great systems and processes to keep visibility of the financial, compliance and maintenance aspects of managing the properties. What Natalie brings is a real partnership approach, so that we feel supported and confident in the running of the Flats and the decisions we make. If i could give her 6 stars I would!
Thanks for all your support Natalie!!!

it’s the first time renting a place by myself and kate has been nothing but wonderful and reliable every step of the way! extremely helpful with all my questions and queries, and has guided me with such positivity :)
