Great experience ordering a car through Atul Soni at Lease Car Direct. I sent a request in and he got in touch with me quickly and worked with me to find the best quote he could and with a quick turnaround. Whenever I had questions Atul would get back to me quickly and always found a good solution to my requests. I needed to make sure I could secure a car by the Autumn and given the issues in the auto industry at the moment he got in touch with the manufacturers to make sure the order would meet my requirements. I even made a last minute change to the order and he was more than happy to assist and get it all done with minimal fuss. A great customer experience and I would definitely go back and recommend to others looking for a car!

From the moment I messaged Atul was nothing but helpful, he went above and beyond for me throughout the whole process, I got accepted and my new car is coming in October, can’t wait.

Incredible customer service from Atul. Although I decided not to proceed with the lease this was not due to the company, it was due to a change in personal circumstances. Their deals have been the best by far when comparing with other leases.
