A first class journey from ordering my car to getting it delivered. I would especially like to say a big thank you to Harj for all he’s time sorting everything out

Ordered an Audi A7 through Lease Car Direct. The team were really helpful and explained the process to me as I had not taken out a lease previously. Everything was easy and simple to follow and I was kept upto date on the delivery process throughout by Harj and Atul. Easy to get into contact with and replied to me pretty much instantly. Can't fault these guys and would definitely recommend.

Took out a hire contract for Audi A7 with Lease Car Direct. Got an excellent deal. Was a long wait for car to arrive, but this was outwith the company’s control due to Covid and manufacture issues. Atul was excellent throughout, keeping me updated when required even out with normal office hours. Really honest and reliable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After looking for quite a while over the Internet for a lease deal which suited me I came across Lease Car Direct. Particularly an advisor named Harj who was professional and informative. I had a little mishap with regards to the documents but Harj managed to sort everything out and came through in the end.
I recommend Lease Car Direct to anyone after a lease deal. Even better ask for Harj and he won't let you down.

He even replied late in the evening where I was particularly being impatient. He was extremely patient and extremely supportive and helpful in helping me find my car and my needs. I have dealt with him every step of the way, he even sent me a courtesy email ‘aftercare’ email to ensure that I was happy. I couldn’t ask for a better service!
The website is easy to navigate through, with no hidden agendas. There’s an agent on call who will help. What I liked the most was that I didn’t feel pressured into falling into a contract.

From first seeing the advertisement on Instagram and making contact to the actual delivery of the car , nothing could have been easier.

I was kept fully in the loop with pricing , contract details like length of lease, mileage etc and even could make contact out of hours via WhatsApp.

I cant recommend this company enough.
They have a great range of vehicles at very competitive prices with varying lease lengths , mileage and also deposit options.

5 star company and excellent staff who made the process easy and very quick.
All documentation sent via email for signature and full transparent disclosure of all legal information from the off.
