Having worked with Lease For Life Mentoring, it has been fascinating to see how they are have given landlords an effortless platform and management service to find long-term tenants. In addition, their mentoring service is incredible and one of a kind. I look forward to working on more projects with the team from Lease for Life

Just agreed our third tenancy with Lease for Life, again this was a free service and we have housed another working family. What Lease for Life are doing is quite frankly astonishing. Cant recommend this team of bubbly ladies enough, full of enthusiasm for their jobs and consideration for their clients and tenants alike. Five stars from us here!

From the moment I answered the phone and spoke to Karen I felt as if I was talking to an old friend, she is so vibrant and personable, and assessed my needs and wants in a very friendly but professional manner. She invited me to view two properties the following morning.What impressed me the most is that she genuinely cared and her motivation for doing her job, is to help people and families like mine who struggle with housing on the open market. She has been very kind and supportive; encouraging me to keep in touch and inform them of how things are going even after securing the property. At a difficult time in our life it was such a blessing and relief to have been connected with Lease for Life and we are very grateful for Karen. She put in a lot of time and effort communicating with and guiding us through the whole process! Based on our experience with Karen I would highly recommend Lease for Life to all in need of this wonderful service!

Lease for life has been such a great support to me and my daughter. Karen who is a member of the team helped me from the beginning of my journey all the way to the end. I was in a bad circumstance where me and my daughter was in temporary accommodation and was struggling to find a private property to live. I was referred to Karen, who instantly managed to get me into my private property within days, where I stayed there for 9months, and she ensure all the necessary needs was met before my move. I was then later offer a property through my council and had 2 week before I had to sign my new tenancy agreement. I contacted Karen, who was very professional and lovely through the whole process, who not only did she manage to get me out of my tenancy agreement so I don’t lose out of my council flat, but she also help another young single mother be homed in my previous property.
I’m very much so grateful for her support, without her I wouldn’t be in the position that I am in now.
I would definitely recommend her to any and everyone.

wanted to state that LFL has supported me every step of the way and worked with me through my challenges. LFL did not falter, drop a call or ignore an email. My Council was negligently, and this could have been disastrous for my Landlord and me. BUT LFL stepped in and managed the problem so that my Landlord received his rent, and I did not end up in court through no fault of my own. I Was referred to Lease For Life by Southwark council after years of rotting away on their housing list.

I Entered my details on the Lease For Life website and within two months the Lease for Life team phoned me with lots of exiting properties keen to arrange viewings.

A month later I had the keys in my hand to my dream first property. All at an affordable rate and made possible by the zero deposit scheme that Lease For Life offer and of course the tenacity and sheer brilliance of the team there.

Notably the wonderfully indomitable Karen. Who guided and walked me through every step of the way personally. Very handy considering this is my first flat (the funkiest of abodes)!

As a landlord looking to rent my property my partner and I were so impressed with the service and the fact that for once the full benefit of our investment into our property was actually going to serve a key worker.

Lease for Life are very helpful in dealing with any issues regarding rent once the tenant has moved into the property.

Karen in particular is great when it relates to delays from Universal Credit

I’ve known Lisa for many years on both a professional and personal level and I am impressed with this inspiring project and the great work they are doing to facilitate securing good, affordable homes for ordinary people.
It is refreshing to see what can sometimes be viewed as a complicated process, made clear and simple for all. Landlords should join this project in supporting this great cause and the more properties that become available the more needy people that can be helped into their own privately rented home.
