Brilliant

Brilliant! I ordered three different coloured plug in pendant lights they solved a problem in my dark house without needing an electrician, and they look nice. My first parcel was lost and Ledsone sent a replacement quickly.

Bulb replacement

When I informed them a bulb wasn't working they reacted quickly and then when Evri they delayed the parcel and wasn't responding. Ledsone tried to contact them and immediately sent out another replacement so very gd customer service.

5* all round

Absolutely fantastic from ordering, delivery was quick, the ceiling lights I ordered were honestly beautiful, very high quality, unfortunately I had to return due to housing structure, devastating! Don’t think I will find any as nice.. returns was simple, staff member via email very helpful and quick to respond and refund!
Would highly recommend all round!

Would highly recommend

Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service, speedy responses to emails and a replacement part sent very quickly. Our lights are now up and we are very happy with them, both quality and looks.

Great product

Great product, great price, way cheaper than most other places.

Fixed the issue with broken bulbs without any fuss.

Definitely recommend and will buy from them again.

Great choice of cables

Great to find a wide, colourful range of useful, practical electrical & lighting cables made with quality materials instead of the plain, ugly white plastic. I bought the red lighting plug/cord in my utility room and it looks fab.

Beautiful lampshades

Beautiful lampshades, fantastic customer service. I loved the 3 vintage style lampshades that I bought for my hallway and landing that arrived yesterday. They look stunning. I've since ordered another vintage style one for my living room. Thank you.
