Customer service went above and beyond normal levels of support. The only reason LEDsone don't have a 5 star rating on TrustPilot is some barmpot left a 1 star review because the courier failed. Well, leave the courier a bad review then, not the supplier of the product 🀊‍♂

We can't praise too highly

These lights have surpassed our expectations. They are substantial and well made. The company were prompt in dispatching our order they have very good communication, letting us know how and where our order was. Our lights were packed particularly well. We would be happy to recommend them and they will be our first call for future purchases.

Really lovely pendant lights

Really lovely pendant lights.
Great customer service and when I reordered bigger shades they were dispatched within an hour and delivered the next day!
Definitely recommend. Looking forward to putting up the lights when kitchen finished.
