We had Chris to quote us for a new boiler which was 1 of 5 quotes. From the start he was polite, professional. He arrived when he said he would and took the time to listen to what we needed to have done, advised us on the right specification boiler to suit and then sent the quote through when he said.
We decided to go ahead and are really glad we chose him. Again he arrived on time and got on with the job. He and Sam kept things tidy throughout and by the end of the day everything was done,and he carefully explained how it all worked. Was so impressed I've already recommended him to a friend. Thanks Chris and Sam, fantastic job. See you next year when the service is due

Chris fitted our boiler and 2 bathrooms including a new en suite where there was none. He also does our boiler service annually. We’ve always had an excellent service. He is always on time, does a great job & is tidy & helpful too! No hesitation in recommending.

We have used Chris in the past for our boiler so chose him for our kitchen refit and what can we say about him and his team. They have have been brilliant throughout the whole process of everything from planning, design, fitting and completion. The kitchen looks fantastic and has been finished to a high standard. They have provided an excellent service throughout and have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with the final result even taking time out to complete the smallest of snag jobs. They are just what every homeowner expects of tradies, punctual, polite, offering advice, clean and tidy. The finished kitchen is both beautiful and functional. Have used Chris for a number of years. Have always found him to be prompt,attentive and very professional.

Have used Chris for several years, first to service the boiler, then when we wanted to replace he installed a modern combi with Nest thermostat. We also used him to refit our ensuite bathroom. Both these jobs were challenging but Chris and his team worked through them with results we are delighted with. Nothing is too much trouble, he always goes the extra mile until we are all happy with the work done. It gives us great peace of mind to know we have someone like Chris to call on whenever help is needed.

Used Chris at Lee's Plumbing and Heating for the first time to fix our boiler. He had to sort a part to fix it, but it was ordered on a next day and he returned when he said he would and phoned us a couple of times to keep us updated. Very pleased with the service and happy to recommend them.

Brilliant Job! Replaced our old back boiler in the chimney with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. The new boiler was installed in the attic so it's out the way of any future alterations we may do to the house. Chris took the time to discuss every option for the new boiler location and what would be best for us.

Also installed a Smart Nest Thermostat and took the time to demonstrate how everything works etc. Took two days which is exactly what he quoted and he also took care of the Worcester guarantee forms before leaving.

Would recommend to anyone and will be using Chris for any plumbing jobs going forward.

I have used Chris a few times now, always the first plumber i call from my contacts list, as i find plumbers in general can be a bit unreliable, although not had that problem with Chris.

H calls out, always happy to make contact with tenants, finds the problem and fixes it all within a good frame of time.

I got Chris’ number from Check a Trade. Gave him a call as I had problems with my boiler and he came round to check it. After quickly locating the problem he explained what needed doing then gave me a quote and we arranged a date for fixing it. Turned up on time and completed the work within the given time. He is a very tidy worker and friendly. Would definately recommend him and will be using him again in future if the need arises.

I can't praise Chris and his team enough. He and his team did a fabulous job of changing us from oil to gas despite the lack of support from Scottish Power to fit a gas meter. They were thoroughly professional and reliable throughout and couldn't do enough to help sort out the problem areas.
I honestly didn't think businesses like this still existed today - a really caring company who genuinely care about their customers. I can't praise them enough. We're delighted we found them and they'll be servicing both the gas boiler and the Aga from now on.
