We have been using Lee's Plumbing and Heating for many years now, as both Chris and Sam are reliable and know there stuff - we are therefore very happy with level of service.

Needed a minor boiler repair and service from a local plumber. Text Chris and got a quick response with early availability. He text back asking for boiler serial number so he could check parts prices and provide accurate estimated costs up-front. I was happy with the estimate and availability, booked in and repaired within 3 days. Sam visited on the day was exceptionally polite, efficient and explained all aspects of the problem and repair. I got Lees Plumbing details from the Worcester Bosch website such as our boiler is.

Chris Lee has provided an excellent service, both on boiler servicing and a later call out, unrelated to the servicing. Chris is personable and very professional. His prices are very competitive and he goes the extra mile to look after his customers. We would highly recommend him.

Chris informed me my annual boiler service was due and within 3 days a visit was arranged and Sam arrived (early) to do the service. He was his usual friendly self and completed the job in good time. A minor fault was noted and should be repaired quickly. As ever a pleasure to use Chris’s company.

Having just posted a review, I didn't expect to be repeating the exercise so soon. However, I had to call on Chris again for a central heating failure (failed two port motorised valve). Very rapid response despite only phoning at 17.45. Fortunately he had a replacement part with him so sorted it out by 19.45!
As always, polite and friendly.

First time to use Lee’s P and H for servicing of my boiler. The work was carried out by Sam who was extremely thorough, replaced parts where necessary with a full explanation and left me confident that my boiler is in the best condition for another year. I will definitely be using them again next year.

We have used Lees Plumbing and Heating several times now. Communication is easy all staff polite and friendly. Work is always of a very good quality, no mess or rubbish left behind. We will continue to use them in the future. They have completed a variety of jobs for us from small plumbing repairs, servicing the boiler and refitting a bathroom. Very knowledgeable and great advice.

Chris replied promptly to us and fixed an appointment to come and service our boiler. He was not only very thorough but very pleasant and efficient. He was a pleasure to have in the house and left no disruption or mess whatsoever. His work and expertise represented really good value for money.
