This company was not on my list of potential brokers for our PII but as they called me on a regular basis, were friendly and polite, I decided to add them and sent off our application. Their quote was so much more competitive than the others, that I was glad I did. They also obtained all of the claims experience reports, whereas some brokers wanted me to do that.
