Adam Croft of Legally Drafted was our point of contact and following a couple of phone calls, our LPAs were sent by post and were accurately completed for us and ready to sign. The accompanying document (the Signing Guide) explained the importance of getting all the various signatories to sign the relevant sections in the right chronological order. Although my wife and I could have completed our LPAs without external assistance, I suspect we would have struggled with what is a pretty daunting process. Having Adam to take us through the process in a calm, clear manner was invaluable. We consider the fees charged by Legally Drafted represented very good value and my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a helping hand to guide them successfully through the LPA maze!
